Ashley Maag has served as Wisconsin Volleyball's Program Assistant since November 2022. During her tenure, the Badgers captured their fourth consecutive Big Ten championship in 2022 and advanced to the Final Four in 2023. Ashley has been part of Wisconsin Athletics since 2013, previously working in fan engagement and guest services. She graduated from the University of Wisconsin–Madison in 2017 with degrees in Journalism and History and is currently pursuing her master's degree in Sports Leadership at UW. A native of Fennimore, Wisconsin, Ashley brings both experience and passion to supporting the success of Badger Volleyball. In her role, she plays a vital part in team operations, recruiting, and the coordination of program events, helping ensure the program's continued excellence on and off the court.

She specializes in coaching the UW’s back-row defenders and passers. “Brittany is a great trainer in the gym and does a fantastic job of recruiting,” said head coach Kelly Sheffield. “Her passion for the game, her unbelievable work ethic, and how she relates to people absolutely set her apart.” ALL-AMERICANS Dildine has coached three All-American liberos at Wisconsin. In 2021, libero Lauren Barnes earned her second-straight, second-team All-America honor. She joins two-time All-American Taylor Morey (2014 and 2015), and 2018 All-American Tiffany Clark. Barnes was also a two-time second-team All-Big Ten selection while Morey earned first-team honors in 2014, being named the Big Ten Defensive Player of the Year. Chad McGehee, M.A., M.Ed., became the first ever Director of Meditation Training in major college sports when he joined Wisconsin Athletics in March of 2020. In this role, he oversees all aspects of meditation training, collaborations and research. McGehee provides trainings for staff, coaches, teams and individuals. He works closely with coaches, leadership and Forward360 colleagues to integrate meditation into the overall training for the Badgers. Prior to joining Wisconsin Athletics, McGehee was based at the Center for Healthy Minds where he collaborated with world-leading scientists to understand the impacts of training the mind across a wide range of populations, K-12 educators, law enforcement officers and athletes. McGehee is currently an honorary affiliate of the Center. McGehee's philosophy is to bring together the insights from modern science and contemplative practice in order to train the mind for performance and well-being. McGehee lives in Madison with his partner and their son.

Evan Warwick joined Wisconsin Athletics as the Associate Director of Events and Promotional Marketing in 2023.

From 2022-2024, White served as an associate head coach, but as of 2025 White was named director of player personnel and analytics. White has aided four Badger middle blockers to All-America honors, including five-time first-team selection and 2021 National Player of the Year Dana Rettke. Haleigh Nelson and Tionna Williams both earned three All-America honors while Dominique Thompson earned honorable mention honors in 2014. On the Big Ten level, Rettke was named the Big Ten Player of the Year in 2019 and is a five-time first team pick. Nelson and Williams both earned two first-team honors while current Badger Danielle Hart earned second-team honors in 2019 and 2020. Kevin Schultz serves as the Director of Olympic Strength and Conditioning at the University of Wisconsin, a position that he was elevated to in 2021. In this capacity, he oversees the strength and conditioning services for 22 sport programs and three strength and conditioning facilities on campus. Schultz leads a team of ten strength and conditioning coaches. He additionally serves as the strength and conditioning coach for the volleyball program. Prior to assuming leadership of the department, Schultz served as the Associate Director of Olympic Strength and Conditioning at Wisconsin from 2015 to 2021. Schultz is actively involved in the strength and conditioning community serving a three-year term on the National Strength and Conditioning Association Foundations Board of Director as the acting secretary. Prior to coming to Wisconsin, Schultz served as the director of sports performance at the University of Wisconsin–La Crosse from 2011-15. He also served as an assistant football coach for the Eagles during the 2011-14 seasons. On the gridiron, Schultz was the special team’s coordinator and running backs coach. Prior to joining the staff at UW-L, Schultz served as the director of strength and conditioning at Carnegie Mellon University (Pa.) from 2008-11. Schultz was in charge of all 17-varsity sports strength and conditioning sessions for the Tartans.
