Billing

$9.99 per child per month, or $79.99 per child per year. 14-day free trial. Cancel anytime. A seat covers one child on the officer path, athletics, or both. Two children are two seats at the same price each.

Subscriptions are bought and billed through Apple, in the CommitPath app on iPhone or iPad. We never take a card on the web. Your receipt comes from Apple, and the charge appears as Apple on your statement.

Changing the number of children, or cancelling

Open your subscriptions in the App Store (Settings, your name, Subscriptions on an iPhone). Pick CommitPath, then choose a different number of children or cancel. Adding a child takes effect right away. Removing one, or cancelling, takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for, and everything you have written stays readable after that.

Refunds are handled by Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com.

Deleting your account

In the app: Settings, then Delete account at the bottom. On the web: Settings, then Delete account. This removes your sign-in, every child's profile and plan, and everything else we hold for your household. It cannot be undone. Deleting the account does not cancel an Apple subscription; cancel that in the App Store first, or it will keep renewing against an account that no longer exists.

A date looks wrong

Every date in the plan links to the official page it came from and says when a person last read that page. If the page has changed, email us the link and we will re-read it that day. If an office has not published a date for your child's class, we show the office and its phone number instead of guessing.
