She specializes in coaching the UW’s back-row defenders and passers. “Brittany is a great trainer in the gym and does a fantastic job of recruiting,” said head coach Kelly Sheffield. “Her passion for the game, her unbelievable work ethic, and how she relates to people absolutely set her apart.” ALL-AMERICANS Dildine has coached three All-American liberos at Wisconsin. In 2021, libero Lauren Barnes earned her second-straight, second-team All-America honor. She joins two-time All-American Taylor Morey (2014 and 2015), and 2018 All-American Tiffany Clark. Barnes was also a two-time second-team All-Big Ten selection while Morey earned first-team honors in 2014, being named the Big Ten Defensive Player of the Year.
