Head Coach
Tracy Joyner, who built UC Davis into one of the top teams in the Big West Conference, was hired on Dec. 2, 2024, to lead the Oregon Soccer program as the fifth head coach in the modern era. Joyner is 88-72-25 in 10 seasons as a NCAA head soccer coach and 130-87-32 overall. In 2025, her first season at Oregon, Joyner engineered one of the best defensive efforts in program history. The Ducks gave up just 21 goals - tied for the fifth-best mark overall and tied for the third best in the modern era (not including a Covid-shortened season). Though the team's record was 3-10-5, 14 of the 18 matches were decided by one goal or ended in a tie. The highlight of the season was Oregon's 2-1 upset of No. 8 Washington in the season finale. It was the Big Ten-champion Huskies' only loss in conference play, and it was just the third victory over a top-10 team in program history. Under Joyner's leadership, the UC Davis program improved each season, culminating in a 13-5-2 record in 2024.
