Head Coach
Named the 2025 Big Ten Conference Coach of the Year after leading Oregon to its first regular-season league title in more than half a century, Mark Wasikowski has positioned the Ducks as one of the premier programs in the nation. In the last five seasons, UO has won 198 games (.667) ranking in the top four in both wins and winning percentage among teams on the West Coast. Heading into his seventh season at the helm of the Oregon baseball program, Wasikowski is the only coach in the history of the program to lead the Ducks to the postseason in five consecutive seasons. After COVID-19 brought an early end to his inaugural campaign, Wasikowski has led Oregon to postseason play in each of the next five years with the opportunity to make it six straight in 2026. During that stretch, Oregon hosted two regional tournaments (2021 and 2025) and one super regional (2023). The Ducks have won a pair of regional tournaments (2023, 2024) and advanced to another regional final (2021).
