A former Mississippi State standout and three-year team captain served as the Bulldogs' director of operations for the past three seasons following her playing career. Roh assists Head Coach Wes Hart with personnel and tactical areas - with a focus on helping implement defensive principles while also playing a key role in opponent scouting. Roh directs goalkeeper training, scheduling and the Roll Tide Soccer Academy that offers camps throughout the year. He also plays a large part in prospect identification and coordinating recruit visits. Piserchio also serves as Director of Player Development and focuses on coaching the attacking and transition tactics as well as attacking and defending set pieces. Along with his coaching assignments, Piserchio is the liaison to the strength and conditioning coach, oversees the community service program and plays a large role in recruiting and talent identification.
