Roh assists Head Coach Wes Hart with personnel and tactical areas - with a focus on helping implement defensive principles while also playing a key role in opponent scouting. Roh directs goalkeeper training, scheduling and the Roll Tide Soccer Academy that offers camps throughout the year. He also plays a large part in prospect identification and coordinating recruit visits. He was instrumental in helping assemble the 2019 recruiting class that has been ranked as high as No. 12 in the nation by TopDrawerSoccer. Alabama (2014-present) Helped coach the Crimson Tide to four NCAA Tournament appearances (2017, 2021, 2022, 2023), including the program's first back-to-back berth to the Big Dance Won the program's first SEC regular season title (2022) off an undefeated 10-0 conference run Coached UA to its first-ever College Cup appear
