Carbine had one of the most challenging coaching jobs in the country in his first two seasons, as the Trojans deployed six different starting OL units both seasons due to injuries. The 2025 unit was led by a pair of All-Sun Belt selections as Eli Russ took home second team honors and Matt Henry earned third team honors. His first season saw the six different lineups come in the first eight weeks of the season. Once able to field a stable unit, Carbine’s offensive line gelled into one of the tops in the Group of Five. Troy University Sports Hall of Famer Corey Robinson returns to Troy for his first season as the assistant tight ends coach following his storied playing career. In his lone season coaching the tight ends, Ethan Conner became the first tight end in program history to earn All-Sun Belt Conference honors, taking second team distinction following the 2025 season. Conner caught 31 passes for 397 yards and three touchdowns; it was the fourth-most receptions, second-most yards and second-most touchdowns among tight ends in the Sun Belt. He helped lead Troy to a Sun Belt West Division title in 2025, a berth in the Sun Belt Championship Game and IS4S Salute to Veterans Bowl. Robinson joins the Troy staff after serving as the offensive coordinator at his alma mater, Paducah Tilghman High School in Kentucky from 2020-2024. He helped lead the Blue Tornado to the KHSAA 4A State Championship in 2024. Following graduation, Robinson worked for 11 years at James Marine in addition to volunteering in the community as a Pee Wee Football coach. He coached for one season (2018) at McCracken County Middle School and one season (2019) at Paducah Middle School before taking over the OC and quarterback duties at Paducah Tilghman. Following his second season, Troy signed the top-ranked recruiting class in program history per On3. The signing class ranked as the No. 61 class in the country, first in the Sun Belt and second only to Boise State in the Group of Five; the class ranked ahead of the likes of Penn State, Wisconsin and Colorado. The Trojans landed the Sun Belt's top recruiting class and the seventh-ranked class among all Group of Five schools per On3 during the Dec. 2024 signing period, as the Trojans' class carried an average ranking of 83.54. Casa joined the Monarchs after spending the 2023 season at West Virginia under former Troy head coach Neal Brown as the assistant director of recruiting and a recruiting assistant. As a student at West Virginia, Casa worked for three years as a recruiting intern. Prior to that, Casa worked for one year as a student manager at Fairmont State. Gabe Martorano begins his third season with the Troy football program and first as a defensive analyst; his first two seasons, he was a graduate assistant working with the Troy defense, specifically the safeties. In his second season, Troy ranked third nationally with five defensive touchdowns, 26th in red zone defense (77.8 percent), 22nd in sacks (2.64) and 33rd in tackles for loss (6.2) as the Trojans won the Sun Belt West Division title and played in the IS4S Salute to Veterans Bowl. In his first season, the Trojans finished the season winning three of their final four games and ranked as a top 25 defense in November. The Trojans closed out his first season third in the Sun Belt, allowing just 143.3 rushing yards per game and led the league, allowing 122.5 rushing yards in league contests. Additionally, the Trojans led the Sun Belt allowing just 32 third-down conversions during league play and just 13 passing touchdowns all season, the second fewest in the league and 24th fewest nationally. Ian Grier begins his first season as Troy's Senior Director of Football Operations & Equipment in 2026. Grier moved from the equipment room to Director of Operations in Gerad Parker's first season leading the program in 2024, and in 2025, he returned to overseeing Troy's equipment operations in addition to his role as Director of Football Operations. Grier spent the previous six years as Troy's director of equipment, where he managed Troy's relationship with Adidas for all 16 of the Trojan athletic programs, in addition to acting as the football program's head equipment manager. He served the previous two years (2014-15) as a graduate assistant at Troy and spent two seasons, from spring 2012 to spring 2014 as a student manager for the Troy Athletic Department. Grier received his bachelor's degree in sport and fitness management ('15) and his master's degree in sport management ('17) from Troy University. He is married to the former Rachel Treubig and the couple has two daughters, Olivia and Harper.

Joe Discher enters his third season as Troy's Director of Player Personnel. He arrived at Troy in December of 2023 as the Recruiting Graduate Assistant and was promoted to Director of Player Personnel in July of 2024. Following his second season, Troy signed the top-ranked recruiting class in program history per On3. Tyler Hancock begins his second season as Troy's special teams analyst in 2026 following one season at Buffalo and previous stops at Baylor, Charlotte, Maryland, West Virginia and Kentucky. Hancock's first season at Troy was one for the record books, as punter Evan Crenshaw was a finalist for the Ray Guy Award, named the first-ever Sun Belt Special Teams Player of the Year, and became Troy's first First Team All-American since 2007. Troy finished the 2025 season ranked 11th nationally, averaging 42.62 net yards per punt and 29th in kickoff return defense. The Trojans' punting average increased by almost eight years per punt from the previous year, while Troy's kickoff return average increased by five yards while opponents kickoff return average decreased by almost 11 yards per return. Hancock joined the staff at Buffalo from Baylor, where he spent the 2023 campaign as a quality control coach on special teams, helping the Bears finish in the top five nationally in special teams efficiency.
