Reihner joined the Troy staff following one year as the senior offensive analyst at Notre Dame and three seasons as the offensive line coach at Old Dominion. Ethan Conner became the first tight end in program history to earn All-Sun Belt Conference honors, taking second team distinction following the 2025 season. Conner caught 31 passes for 397 yards and three touchdowns; it was the fourth-most receptions, second-most yards and second-most touchdowns among tight ends in the Sun Belt. The Trojans won the Sun Belt West Division title and played in the IS4S Salute to Veterans Bowl. Troy’s tight end play was at an elite level in 2024 with the Trojans rolling as many as four on the field the majority of the season. The unit combined for 35 catches, 375 yards and six touchdowns.
