Assistant Strength & Conditioning Coach
Kacey Hanslik serves as an Assistant Strength & Conditioning Coach for Texas Tech Olympic Sports, leading the training and performance development of the Women’s Volleyball and Women’s Tennis programs. Since joining Texas Tech in 2016 as a volunteer intern, she has steadily progressed through the roles of graduate assistant, post-graduate intern, and internship program supervisor before being named full-time assistant coach in 2019. Hanslik is certified through the Collegiate Strength and Conditioning Coaches Association (SCCC) and maintains CPR, AED, and First Aid certification. Her passion for strength and conditioning stems from her background as a collegiate athlete. At Lubbock Christian University, she was a four-year starter and all-conference outside hitter, surpassing 1,000 career kills and earning multiple honors for their volleyball program. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Sport Science (2015) and a Master of Science in Servant Leadership (2016). A native of Wray, Colorado, Hanslik has lived in Lubbock since 2004. She is married to Brandon Hanslik, and together they have two children, Beckham (5) and Emersyn (1).

Associate Head Coach
Texas Tech has announced the hiring of Patrick Fediuk as assistant coach for the Lady Raiders in June 2024. In just his first season as the assistant coach, Fediuk led the Lady Raiders to two Big 12 Championships after winning the regular season and Big 12 Tournament. Consistently ranked in the top 15 all season and finishing the year at No. 14 for their highest end-of-year ranking in seven years, the Lady Raiders would go on to earn their first top-10 win since 2018 after defeating No. 10-ranked NC State. Picking up six top-25 wins on the year, Texas Tech put together a 23-3 overall record and a 12-1 record in conference play. The team’s 23 wins marks the third-most all-time, its 12 conference wins is a program record, and its .885 winning percentage is the best in school history. The Lady Raiders qualified for their 13th NCAA Tournament and hosted NCAA Regionals for the first time since 2018 and sixth total. Fediuk coached two doubles All-Americans in Avelina Sayfetdinova and Mariia Hlahola while also coaching four All-Big 12 selections (Yekaterina Dmitrichenko, Hailey Murphy, Hlahola and Sayfetdinova), the Big 12 Tournament Most Outstanding Performer (Dmitrichenko), the ITA Texas Regional Player to Watch (Dmitrichenko) and ITA Texas Regional Most Improved Player (Dmitrichenko).
