A double graduate of Rutgers University, Gilah Rosenberg has worked as an academic advisor with the Scarlet Knights since 2012. In her current role, Rosenberg oversees the academic welfare of student-athletes from RU's men's soccer, women's golf, women's lacrosse and wrestling programs. Rosenberg's responsibilities include advisement on majors, degree programs and degree completion, as well as the oversite of the department's study hall program. Rosenberg also arranges weekly meetings with individual student-athletes regarding time management, grades, major selection, graduation and personal development. During her tenure with Rutgers Athletics, Rosenberg has also worked as a tutoring coordinator, a supplemental instructor and a graduate intern in the academic department. Prior to her return "To the Banks", Rosenberg was an athletic academic advisor at the University of Delaware from 2011-12. There, Rosenberg worked with the Blue Hens' field hockey, men's Lacrosse and men's and women's swimming programs. Rosenberg earned her bachelor's degree in Communications in 2009 and her master's degree in Education in 2011 from the University.

Joanna Henry is in her 10th season with the Scarlet Knights and her fourth as the associate head coach. Henry completed a Master’s Degree in Global Sports Business at Rutgers in May of 2019 and an MBA in Strategy and Leadership in May of 2023. Henry’s efforts have helped the Scarlet Knights reach new heights on the course and in the classroom. Since 2016, the team has earned five tournament wins, totaled 37 top-five team finishes, and set program records on a team and individual level for 18, 36, and 54-hole tournament scores. Academically, the program has produced 58 WGCA All-America Scholars and 42 Big Ten Distinguished Scholars, in addition to being recognized by the Women’s Golf Coaches Association as one of the nation’s top 25 programs in academic performance in 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022, 2024 and 2025. Rutgers closed last season with back-to-back postseason appearances, including the program's best-ever finish at the Big Ten Championships courtesy of a 10th-place finish out of 18 schools. The Scarlet Knights recorded five top five finishes, including a team title at the Rutgers Invitational - their second consecutive team championship at the event. Seven student-athletes earned WGCA All-America Scholar Recognition, helping the team collect the nation's eighth-highest team GPA en route to a WGCA All-Scholar Team GPA Award. Four Scarlet Knights - Emily James, Krystal Li, Lorena Rossettin and Lucrezia Rossettin - were recognized as Big Ten Distinguished Scholars.

He began his tenure as Product Consultant, before being elevated to the East Coast Sales team. DiPoto, a North Brunswick, NJ native, graduated with a degree in accounting from the Rutgers Business School in 2013 and earned his MBA from Rutgers in 2019.

Theresa Randise was named the Coordinator of Olympic Sports Operations in May 2015. She works closely with Rutgers' men's and women's lacrosse, women's golf and women's tennis. Randise's responsibilities include coordinating and managing alumni events, team banquets, fundraisers, expense reports and travel arrangements. She collaborates with head coaches, the marketing and development teams to ensure that all goals are met and that all events are executed properly. Randise also works with the business office and compliance department to confirm that all paperwork is completed within NCAA regulations, as well as conference regulations. Prior to serving as the Coordinator of Olympic Sports Operations, Randise was an administrative assistant in the athletic department. Before arriving at Rutgers, Randise was President and CEO of Paradise Media Products, Inc., where she was instrumental in taking the business from a software-based company to the number one worldwide hardware distributor for Viewcast, Inc. She also worked as department supervisor at BNL Enterprises creating process flow and departmental guidelines for the company, and was as a legal assistant for Philip Tortoreti, Esq. preparing comprehensive legal documents. Randise graduated from Goucher College with a bachelor's degree in political science and government. She also has a paralegal certification.
