Hailey Yohn joined head coach Ginny Boggess' staff as Toledo's assistant coach and recruiting coordinator in May 2025. Yohn brings 10 years of coaching experience to Toledo, most recently spending two years at UNCW. Before her time with the Seahawks, she spent four seasons at Miami (Ohio) after beginning her career with four seasons at High Point. During her time in Wilmington, Yohn helped guide the Seahawks' to a nine-win improvement from 2023-24 to 2024-25, including five more CAA victories. She worked with forward Ali Zelaya, who was the league's Defensive Player of the Year as well as an All-CAA First-Team and CAA All-Defensive selection in 2024-25. Yohn also helped elevate then-freshman Taylor Henderson to CAA All-Rookie status in 2023-24. Yohn helped orchestrate UNCW's improvements on the offensive end, as the Seahawks improved to second in the CAA in three-point percentage (30.4%) and free-throw percentage (72.8%), and third in scoring offense (64.2%). Individually, Zelaya finished second in the CAA in free throw percentage (81.3%) while Jania Hall was fourth (80.7%), and Kate Hollifield led the league in three-point percentage in conference games, shooting 43.5% from beyond the arc. Yohn helped the RedHawks earn six All-MAC awards during her stint at Miami, including three-straight seasons of postseason honors for Peyton Scott. She holds program records for career rebounds (1,110), games played (160) and minutes (5,129), while also ranking eighth in rebounds average (6.9) and 10th in points (1,598). Mikonowicz garnered several MAC awards during her career. She was a Third-Team All-MAC selection in 2023-24, before earning a second-team pick in 2024-25. Mikonowicz also earned MAC All-Tournament Team honors in 2023 and 2025, with Toledo winning the tournament in 2023 and reaching the championship game in 2025. Mikonowicz also embodied the Rockets' academic excellence as a student-athlete, earning three CSC Academic All-District and four Academic All-MAC honors. She made numerous trips to the Dean's and President's Lists. Mikonowicz graduated with a degree in general studies and a concentration in economics in 2025.
