Harper has a championship pedigree at the sport’s highest level, including 17 postseason appearances in 21 seasons as a Division I head coach, including nine appearances in the NCAA Tournament. Alison Mosel came to Mizzou in the Fall 2012 to serve as the athletic trainer for women's basketball. She was promoted to a senior associate director of sports medicine role in fall 2021 and will continue her work with the Tigers women's basketball squad. She has over 18 years of experience working with both men’s and women’s basketball athletes at the collegiate level. Collectively, the majority of her working experience has been in NCAA Division I women’s basketball with stops at Mizzou, Creighton and Wyoming. Prior to working in Division I women’s hoops, Mosel spent five years at Buena Vista University (Storm Lake, Iowa) where she oversaw the primary coverage of the volleyball, men's basketball, baseball and softball teams. Alison has had a constant presence in the overall education of student athletic trainers as she was a full time faculty member early in her career at Buena Vista. She has continued serving as a clinical preceptor at every institution of employment, along with teaching adjunct classes as needed. Alison was awarded the Preceptor of the Year award in 2019 by the Missouri Athletic Training Program as chosen by the program’s students and faculty members. Alison is very proud to be a part of the educational path and development that all student athletic trainers and student-athletes choose for their personal and professional lives. Brooke Reutter is starting her first season with Mizzou women's basketball creative team. Reutter is studying Communications with an emphasis in media, and is in her final year. She has made the dean's list for the last four semesters, and she is graduating early. At Mizzou, Reutter plays on the club basketball team, and played basketball throughout high school. She is from Jefferson City, Missouri, and participated in the Missouri Phenom AAU program during high school.

Haley Hall is in her first season with Missouri women's basketball after joining the program in April of 2025. Hall is reunited with Kellie Harper at Missouri following three seasons at Tennessee. She served as assistant director of operations ahead of the 2024-25 season after being elevated from program director, a position she held for the first two years. Before Tennessee, she spent two seasons as an administration and compliance manager at the University of Oklahoma. Hall's duties at Tennessee included managing the head coach's schedule and fielding all appearance and speaking requests. She also coordinated autograph and donation requests for the program. Additionally, Hall handled all team and recruiting reimbursements for the women's basketball staff, prepared and reconciled all team travel expense reports, and assisted with travel arrangements for the head coach, assistants and staff. Besides her employment experience at Oklahoma, Hall was the marketing coordinator for the USA Softball "Stand Beside Her" Tour from February to April 2020, team services and event operations intern for the Fiesta Bowl from September 2019 to January 2020, and a student assistant with the University of Oklahoma Sports Nutrition Department from August 2017 to July 2019. Hall is a 2019 graduate of the University of Oklahoma with a degree in business administration with emphasis in sports management and accounting.

Sullivan previously worked under Harper as an assistant at Tennessee and Missouri State. Sullivan is in her first season with Missouri women's basketball since joining the program in March of 2025. Coming to Missouri after serving as head coach of Florida Atlantic from 2021-25, Sullivan transformed the Owls program during her tenure, producing a 120% increase in wins. In Sullivan’s first season at the helm, the team saw four players score in double digits, just one of two schools in Conference USA (CUSA) to do so that season. She produced a CUSA Honorable Mention selection and a five-person All-CUSA Academic Team. During the 2022-23 season, Florida Atlantic earned two wins over NCAA Tournament teams, while Sullivan developed the program’s first-ever CUSA Freshman of the Year honoree, in addition to being named CUSA Second Team All-Conference, CUSA All-Defensive Team, and CUSA All-Freshman Team. During the 2025–26 season, Kenzie Kostas was part of the coaching staff that helped lead the Missouri Tigers women's basketball to a 17–17 overall record and a 4–12 mark in Southeastern Conference play. The campaign marked the first season for the Missouri staff, as the group worked to establish a strong foundation for the program’s future. Missouri ranked among the nation’s best at the free-throw line, finishing 16th nationally and first in the SEC with a 77.9% free-throw percentage. The Tigers also showcased their perimeter shooting, ranking 30th nationally and fourth in the SEC in 3-pointers made, averaging 8.5 per game during the season. With a focus on post player development, Scruggs worked closely with Jordana Reisma and Slaughter, improving their rebounding in a dominant conference. Slaughter averaged 6.7 rebounds per game, ranked 13th in the SEC. Similarly, Reisma grabbed 5.9 rebounds per game and ranked 24th in the conference. Lilli Moreland is starting her first full season as a graphic design intern with Mizzou women's basketball, since joining the creative team in February of 2025. She enjoys all things graphic design, photography and painting. Moreland is a native of the Columbia area, and has been a Mizzou fan her whole life. She is graduating with a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design in December 2025. After graduating, Moreland hopes to continue with a career in sports graphics.

During the 2025–26 season, Liza Fruendt helped the Missouri Tigers women's basketball to a 17–17 overall record and a 4–12 mark in Southeastern Conference play in the first year of the program’s new coaching staff. The Tigers ranked among the nation’s most efficient teams at the free-throw line, finishing 16th nationally and first in the SEC with a 77.9% free-throw percentage. Missouri also found success from beyond the arc, ranking 30th nationally and fourth in the SEC in 3-pointers made, averaging 8.5 per game throughout the season. Nick Norris is in his first season as a graduate assistant with with Mizzou women's basketball since joining the program in June of 2025. Norris reunites with head coach Kellie Harper after serving as practice player at Tennessee from 2022-25. While with the Lady Vols, he worked closely with the coaching staff on player development and scouting. He contributed to adjusting in-game team strategies and was a presence on the court during practice. Norris also formerly worked with Knox Youth Sports, teaching Vance Pitch Baseball league fundamental baseball skills and teamwork. A native of Knoxville, Tennessee, Norris graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Education from University of Tennessee in 2025.
