Alison Mosel came to Mizzou in the Fall 2012 to serve as the athletic trainer for women's basketball. She was promoted to a senior associate director of sports medicine role in fall 2021 and will continue her work with the Tigers women's basketball squad. She has over 18 years of experience working with both men’s and women’s basketball athletes at the collegiate level. Collectively, the majority of her working experience has been in NCAA Division I women’s basketball with stops at Mizzou, Creighton and Wyoming. Prior to working in Division I women’s hoops, Mosel spent five years at Buena Vista University (Storm Lake, Iowa) where she oversaw the primary coverage of the volleyball, men's basketball, baseball and softball teams. Alison has had a constant presence in the overall education of student athletic trainers as she was a full time faculty member early in her career at Buena Vista. She has continued serving as a clinical preceptor at every institution of employment, along with teaching adjunct classes as needed. Alison was awarded the Preceptor of the Year award in 2019 by the Missouri Athletic Training Program as chosen by the program’s students and faculty members. Additionally, Hall handled all team and recruiting reimbursements for the women's basketball staff, prepared and reconciled all team travel expense reports, and assisted with travel arrangements for the head coach, assistants and staff. Besides her employment experience at Oklahoma, Hall was the marketing coordinator for the USA Softball "Stand Beside Her" Tour from February to April 2020, team services and event operations intern for the Fiesta Bowl from September 2019 to January 2020, and a student assistant with the University of Oklahoma Sports Nutrition Department from August 2017 to July 2019. Hall is a 2019 graduate of the University of Oklahoma with a degree in business administration with emphasis in sports management and accounting.

Norris reunites with head coach Kellie Harper after serving as practice player at Tennessee from 2022-25. He contributed to adjusting in-game team strategies and was a presence on the court during practice.
