Bryson LeBlanc
Bryson LeBlanc

Assistant Coach

Mizzou head coach Kerrick Jackson added former Tiger outfielder Bryson LeBlanc to his initial staff of full-time assistants in June 2023. The New Orleans native returned to Columbia after spending five seasons as an assistant coach at UC San Diego, where he served as third base coach, working primarily with the Tritons' hitters. LeBlanc played on two NCAA Regional-qualifying squads for former Tiger head coach (and current assistant) Tim Jamieson (2005-06) before embarking on his coaching career. Over the span of his first two seasons back in Columbia, the Tigers have shown measurable growth and development under LeBlanc. In 2025 Mizzou ranked third in the SEC in triples (15), sacrifice bunts (30) and HBP (102) while ranking sixth in stolen bases per game (1.22). The Tigers went on the road to College Station and swept the defending NCAA College World Series Runner-Up and preseason No. 1 Texas A&M, taking the series in dominant fashion behind a 23-8 margin of victory. The Tigers also split a series with NCAA Regional Qualifier and America East Conference champion, Binghamton, and earned a win over perennial baseball power UConn at the Puerto Rico Challenge. Jackson Lovich was a bright spot in the Mizzou lineup, leading the Tigers and ranking sixth in the SEC with a .357 batting average during the 2025 season. He added a team-best 12 home runs, 51 RBI, 39 runs, three triples and 20 walks with a 1.052 OPS. He finished his Mizzou career as a .311 hitter in 116 games (108 starts)
