Athletic Trainer (Women's Basketball)
Alisha Grisby joined the Alabama women's basketball program as an athletic trainer after three seasons as an assistant athletic trainer at Western Carolina, where she worked with the women's basketball team, cheer, and served as one of the insurance coordinators. Prior to joining the Catamounts, Grisby was under an Athletic Trainer Assistantship at the University of Kansas for the women's rowing team. She also worked as an assistant athletic trainer at Rockwall Heath High School overseeing 24 athletic teams. A native of Oklahoma City, Okla., Grisby obtained her Bachelor's of Science in Exercise Fitness Management from the University of Central Oklahoma in 2014 and her Master's of Science in Athletic Training in 2016. While at UCO, she worked as a Graduate Athletic Training Student for football, volleyball and men's basketball. Grisby holds memberships with the National Athletic Trainers' Association and College Athletic Trainers' Society. She is certified in IAR Sports Manual Therapy and obtained her Corrective Exercise Specialist certification through the National Academy of Sports Medicine.
