Cathy played basketball at Queens College and served as head women’s basketball coach at Wagner College, Fordham University and East Carolina University. She was also an assistant coach at Rutgers University and Seton Hall University. Cathy led her ECU team to the school's first and only AP Top 20 ranking and NCAA Tournament appearance. At ECU she also served as creator, executive producer and on-air talent for the Cathy Andruzzi Show, the nation's first women’s basketball coach’s television and radio show. Following her stint at ECU, Cathy took on a new challenge. She moved out of basketball and into the business world where she became the fourth ever female Domino’s Pizza owner-operator. She built six successful Domino’s Pizza franchises in New Jersey. After 13 years with Domino’s, Cathy was called to return to the sports world as a TV analyst and producer. She produced and marketed the Women's Bas

Sport Administrator
Karen Kelly joined the Rutgers University Office of Athletic Compliance in December 2019, after having served as the Associate Athletics Director for Compliance at Seton Hall since July 2018. Along with her roles within the compliance office, Kelly is the sport administrator for the women's soccer program. At Seton Hall, she oversaw all athletics department compliance efforts, including creating policies and procedures to ensure institutional control and rules education for all members of the department. She previously served as the Assistant Athletics Director for Compliance at George Mason, and worked as the Director of Compliance at the University of Tennessee, the Assistant Director of Compliance at the University of Miami and the Director of Compliance at Florida Atlantic University. Kelly holds a masters degree in Sports Administration from Temple University and a B.A. in fine arts communications from NYIT where she was a member of the track & field team. She also ran track at UConn before transferring to NYIT as an undergrad.

Former Scarlet Knight Trish DiPaolo begins her 12th season on staff in 2025, serving as volunteer assistant coach and currently as director of operations. DiPaolo, a four-year captain and seven-year player for RU, overcame numerous injuries and served as an integral part of the Scarlet Knights' success in her career. Rutgers has qualified for the NCAA Tournament in all of DiPaolo's seasons on staff. DiPaolo was part of the 2021 United Soccer Coaches Regional Coaching Staff of the Year at Rutgers. RU earned its first Big Ten Conference title for the program and school, posting an undefeated record of 10-0 in league action. Led by a program-high nine All-Big Ten selections, the team advanced to the Big Ten Tournament Championship game for the third time since joining the league. In its 10th straight NCAA Tournament and first as a No. 1 seed, the team advanced to the College Cup for the second time and first time since 2015. In 2017, DiPaolo led the effort to team up Rutgers women’s soccer and Mandy Gonzalez, a Broadway star in the musical sensation Hamilton, for the “Fearless Girl” fundraiser. The event, inspired by the Fearless Girl statue on Wall Street, was formed to empower and inspire strong, independent and confident young women to dream big and execute on their dreams. The inaugural event took place on Rutgers campus and included numerous speakers - women's soccer alum Christy Monroy, Sky Blue FC's Janine Beckie, Dr. Yelena Janjigian, Grammy-Winner Gloria Gaynor, and Man
