At UNH, she was primarily responsible for the administration of more than $8 million of athletic scholarships and endowments, the eligibility certification process for approximately 525 student-athletes, and the education and monitoring of 70 coaches and 20 sports. Doyle also oversaw the data collection and analysis of the NCAA's institutional Graduation Success Rate (GSR), the Academic Progress Rate (APR) and IPEDS (Federal Graduation Rate data). At NC State, Doyle is responsible for managing all aspects of the department's comprehensive athletics compliance unit, including all education, monitoring and supervision of five full-time staff. Doyle is also the Sport Supervisor for the women's gymnastics and softball programs. At the NCAA National Office (1987-1999), she was an NCAA enforcement representative (investigator) on the association's enforcement staff for the first seven years, and then spent five years as the Director of Student-Athlete Reinstatement. Prior to joining the Wolfpack, Lopes was a Strength and Conditioning Assistant/Intern at the University of Florida from January 2016 to May 2017. He designed the performance programs for the Gator gymnastics and cheer teams and assisted with the program implementation for women’s soccer, women’s lacrosse, swim & dive, track & field and volleyball. Felipe earned a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Health Education from the University of Florida and a Master’s of Science degree in Applied Physiology and Kinesiology from the University of Florida in December 2017. He currently holds the CSCS certification from the NSCA, the FRCms, FRA and Kinstretch from Functional Anatomy Seminars, and the Level II certification from USA Weightlifting. Felipe enjoys training in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, hiking and fly fishing. He is married to Clara Engelmann, and together they are raising Ella, Leonardo and the best dachshund ever, Samson.

She found herself drawn mostly to the older adolescents in the transitional age groups and decided to pursue working in the college counseling center environment. Martika spent time at Coastal Carolina University working to create a relationship between the counseling center and athletics as she saw the unique need of student-athletes having been one herself. Martika is excited to work more with teams and individual student-athletes here at NCSU. Outside of work, Martika enjoys golfing, spin classes, watching reality television and spending time with her cat, Maverick.
