Head Coach
Jeremy White, a perennial Coach of the Year award winner, came to the Mountain in December 2024 to lead the Lady Flames volleyball team as the program’s 11th head coach. White spent the last six seasons (2018-23) leading Southeastern Louisiana to unprecedented success. He guided the Lady Lions to back-to-back Southland Conference titles in 2022 and 2023 and consecutive appearances in the NCAA Volleyball Championship. Over the last three seasons (2021-23), Southeastern Louisiana has posted a 79-18 overall record and a 46-6 mark in conference play. White finished his six-year career as the winningest coach in Southeastern Louisiana history in terms of winning percentage (66.1 percent/113-58). He also posted a 74.5 percent winning percentage in Southland conference matches (70-24). White has been named the Southland Conference Katrinka Jo Crawford Coach of the Year three times since the 2020 season (2020, 2023 and 2024) and the LSWA Louisiana Coach of the year four times (2020, 2022, 2023 and 2024). Southeastern Louisiana boasted the nation’s longest win streak during the 2024 season, reeling off 24-straight victories and posted a perfect 16-0 record in conference play. White coached the Southland Conference’s Player of the Year in Cicily Hidalgo in 2024. Assistant Athletic Performance Coach (VB, LAX, FH)
Dani Evans assumed her role of Assistant Athletic Performance Coach in June 2023. In her current role, Evans creates and implements athletic performance programs for the Liberty field hockey, lacrosse and volleyball programs. Prior to coming to Liberty, Evans was a Strength and Conditioning Fellow at Pitt for the 2022-23 school year, working primarily with the cheerleading and dance teams while assisting with women's volleyball, women's lacrosse, men's soccer, women's soccer, softball, gymnastics and cross country. Prior to that, she worked at Stanford for the 2021-22 academic year, working primarily with women's water polo (national champions), artistic swimming and men's rowing. At Stanford, she also assisted with women's basketball, women's golf, fencing and women's lacrosse. Evans' other work experience includes serving as a Graduate Fellow Strength and Conditioning Coach at Merrimack during the 2020-21 school year, working primarily with women's soccer and cross country while assisting with men's soccer, men's lacrosse, women's ice hockey, softball, baseball and football. She also worked for Mike Boyle Strength and Conditioning for three years (2018-21) and trained middle school, high school and collegiate athletes as well as the general population. Evans graduated from Delaware with a bachelor's degree in exercise science and a minor in strength and conditioning in May 2017. She earned a master's degree in exercise and sports science from Merrimack in May 2021.

Director of Operations (VB, MG)
Hope Krekoska began in her role as Director of Operations in May 2024. In her current role, Krekoska assists the Liberty volleyball and golf teams with day-to-day team and business operations, team travel, recruiting, equipment, budget, procurement and reconciliation. Prior to her current position, she served as an Operations Intern for the Liberty men's and women's tennis program for the 2023-24 school year. In that role, she assisted with booking team travel and recruiting arrangements as well as reconciliation, equipment and budgeting. Krekoska also helped with regular season match day operations in spring 2024 and assisted with the ITA Men's and Women's Atlantic Regional Tournaments in fall 2023. She also was an Academic Tutor for Academic Affairs for Athletics from March 2022-May 2024, tutoring student-athletes in various subjects. Krekoska graduated from Liberty with a bachelor's degree in sport management in May 2024, earning summa cum laude honors. She also earned the Major of the Year award.

Former Tulsa head coach Ryan Wills joined Liberty volleyball’s coaching staff under Head Coach Jeremy White in Dec. 2024 and currently serves as an assistant coach. Wills spent nine seasons as Tulsa’s head coach (2014-22), compiling an overall 137-126 record for a .521 winning percentage. His best season came in his first as the Golden Hurricane posted a 22-9 record in 2014. Wills became the first Tulsa coach to lead his team to three postseason tournaments, all coming in the National Invitational Volleyball Championships (NIVC). His 2019 team reached the NIVC semifinals and finished with an 18-16 record. In his career at TU, Wills has coached 16 all-conference selections, including 11 first-team performers and also had two players earn Conference Libero of the Year and one Conference Freshman of the Year. In his 16 seasons coaching on the collegiate level, Wills has been involved in 11 winning seasons, seven 20+ win seasons and eight postseason appearances, including five NCAA Tournament appearances. He has led Tulsa to two postseason appearances as head coach. During his final season at Tulsa, the Golden Hurricane produced a 13-18 record, falling to Wichita State in the first round of the AAC Tournament. Senior Kayley Cassaday was named to the AAC All-Conference first team for the second year in a row, finishing the regular season ranked second in the AAC in kills, kills per set, points and points per set.
