Brooke is a native of Bloomington, Ind., and a proud graduate of Indiana University. She earned her bachelor's degree in Dietetics with a minor in Psychology from IU in the Spring of 2021. Following this, she went on to do her dietetic internship at Emory University Hospital in Atlanta, Georgia. She completed her Master of Science in Applied Exercise Science at Concordia University Chicago in the summer of 2024. Brooke began working as a Performance Dietitian at Indiana University in the fall of 2022 after passing her licensing exam to become a Registered Dietitian that summer. Brooke is a member of the Collegiate and Professional Sports Dietitians Association and is licensed as a Dietitian in Indiana. Brooke works with IU's men's and women's tennis, men's and women's golf, cross country, and football teams.

Hailing from Auburn, Indiana, Brooke Richardson (nee Leins) is a double graduate from the University of Indianapolis, earning a Bachelor of Science in Sports Management and a Master of Science in Strategic Leadership and Design. Richardson's interest in a career in college athletics was truly cemented after serving as a Graduate Assistant with the Greyhound Club at UIndy, the development arm of the Athletic Department. Following graduation, she was hired with the NCAA Eligibility Center, where she spent three years and became an initial eligibility expert. Passionate about returning to campus, Richardson was hired as the Assistant Director of Compliance at Indiana University in Fall 2022. She was promoted to Associate Director in Fall 2024 and now serves as the Director of Compliance for Eligibility. In her current role, she oversees eligibility for all incoming and continuing student-athletes for all 24 sports at IU. She works closely with coaches, prospective student-athletes, current student-athletes, and campus partners to navigate NCAA rules and institutional requirements. Richardson also serves as the primary compliance liaison for Men's Soccer, Women's Soccer, Swimming & Diving, and Baseball. Along with her responsibilities in the compliance office, Richardson serves on the NCAA Eligibility Center Division I Advisory Group.

Christy DuBois is in her seventh season season as administrative assistant for the swimming and diving programs at Indiana. A Bloomington native, DuBois worked in the medical field as a Contract Coordinator and Administrative Assistant for nine years. She and her husband, Ben, are the parents of two children, Peyton (14) and Katie (10).

Dustin Snyder started as a strength and conditioning intern with Football at Indiana University for the summer of 2011. The following fall term of 2011, he completed a year-long internship at Anderson University. He then returned to Indiana University to become the Graduate Assistant of Olympic sports in the fall of 2012. As the G.A. he assisted with the overseeing of interns, programing for women’s tennis, and worked with all other teams. In the spring of 2015, he became an assistant strength and conditioning coach. As an assistant, he has been programing and training men’s and women’s tennis, women’s rowing and women's soccer.. He also assists with the supervising of interns and helps with all other teams. Dustin Snyder completed his Bachelors in Kinesiology studying Exercise Science at Anderson University in 2012, where he also played four years of varsity football. In the fall of 2014, he received a Masters of Kinesiology studying Applied Sports Science. He is from southern Indiana where he enjoys hunting, fishing, and being in the great outdoors.

A native of Knox and graduate of Indiana University with a degree in Telecommunications, Lisa is the Director of Leadership and Life Skills within the IU Excellence Academy. Lisa has lived in Bloomington for over twenty years and has three children, Torin, Lucas and Keenan.

Marcy Simpson joined Athletics in 2018, as the Senior Associate Athletic Director of Finance. She has been with the University since 2000 and served most recently as RC Fiscal Officer and Director of Auxiliary Shared Services. Simpson's experience at Indiana University has allowed her to focus on capital planning and funding for the residence halls on campus along with operational responsibilities for multiple units. She holds a Bachelor's Degree from Indiana University's Kelley School of Business. Marcy Simpson's draw to the University began as a young child watching Indiana sports teams compete on a national stage. Simpson and her husband Kyle are both graduates of Milan High School and have three boys; Brady, Tucker and Miles.

A native of Holland, Indiana, he went to medical school at the Indiana University School of Medicine in Indianapolis after finishing a degree in Biochemistry at IU Bloomington. He then did a family medicine residency at St. Vincent's Hospital in Indianapolis followed by a Sports Medicine Fellowship in Birmingham, Alabama with Dr. James Andrews. He began practicing in Bloomington 12 years ago after finishing his Sports Medicine Fellowship. He is board certified in family medicine with a certificate of added qualification in primary care sports medicine. Dr. LaGrange currently serves as the interim chief medical office for the IU athletic department and is Medical Director for the IU athletic training program. His wife Sarah Jane is a practicing Psychologist in Bloomington and he has two children, Cora and Grant.
