Erin Stephenson joined the Duke athletics staff in October of 2007 and serves as an Administrative Assistant for the Blue Devil lacrosse and soccer programs. A native of Maine, N.Y., Stephenson played both field hockey and lacrosse at Hartwick College before graduating in 2004 with a bachelor of arts degree in history. She went on to earn a master's degree in the same discipline from UNC Greensboro in 2006.

Morgan Heisman joined the Blue Devil program as a volunteer assistant coach in September of 2016 and currently serves as the director of operations. Heisman's fourth season at Duke was an unprecedented one as the Blue Devils saw their season cut short due to the COVID-19 pandemic. In 2020, Chase Henriquez totaled 52 saves in nine games to lead the Duke goalie corps. Her .505 save percentage ranked in the top 15 nationally and third in the ACC. The goalkeeping unit contributed to an 11.35 goals against average in 2019, with Cadoux topping the 100-save mark for the season. In 2018, Cadoux, Lockwood and freshman Chase Henriquez combined for a .423 saves percentage. Cadoux again received ACC Defensive Player of the Week recognition following a double-digit save performance in a February win over No. 11 Northwestern. During the 2017 campaign, Heisman's first season in Durham, goalkeeper Jamie Lockwood totaled 70 saves in 12 appearances in the net and Gabbe Cadoux earned ACC Defensive Player of the Week honors in April following an 11-save performance at Boston College. Formerly Morgan Kelly, Heisman was a standout goalkeeper at James Madison, earning third team All-America honors from the Intercollegiate Women’s Lacrosse Coaches Association (IWLCA) in 2010.
