Assistant Coach
Allison Henry begins her first season at Dartmouth in 2025-26. “Allison is a great addition to our coaching staff,” Socha said. “She distinguished herself in the hiring process with her organization, passion for the sport and understanding of the operations of a collegiate team. We are excited to see her translate lessons learned as a student-athlete onto the deck as a coach, and know that she will be a great supporter and go-to person for our student-athletes.” Henry was a multi-year letterwinner on the Virginia Tech women’s swim team, graduating in 2024 with her Bachelor of Science in public health. During her time with the Hokies, she was named to the 2022 All-Academic team and received Scholar-Athlete honors in 2024. A Dean’s List honoree every semester, Henry multiple times featured the highest grade point average on the team. In her time swimming at Virginia Tech, she swam a variety of events, including the breaststroke, butterfly and IM. Additionally, Henry earned her Master of Science in Applied Nutrition and Physical Activity from Virginia Tech in May of 2025 with a 4.0 grade point average. Most recently, Henry served as an assistant swim coach at Somerton Springs Swim Club in Feasterville, Pennsylvania, as well as an assistant swim coach at NRG Swimming in Langhorne, Pa. Olivia Indorf
Olivia Indorf joined Dartmouth in August of 2022, working primarily with cross country, men's and women's swim and dive, men's and women's track and field, and field hockey. Prior to her arrival in Hanover, Indorf worked in the same role at the University of New England for just under two years. She also worked at Springfield College, starting in January of 2019 as a strength and conditioning intern and a student assistant softball coach before moving into a strength and conditioning role supporting the football, men's lacrosse, diving, pole vault, javelin, jump, and multis student-athletes. She also worked as the assistant strength and conditioning coach for the softball program. Indorf earned her bachelor's degree from Keene State College in 2018 before moving to Springfield College to earn her master's in sports and exercise science/strength conditioning in 2020.

Taurian Houston
Taurian Houston joined Dartmouth Athletics in April 2023 as the Executive Associate Athletics Director for Administration, marking his second tenure with the Big Green. In his current role, Houston provides strategic leadership and coordination across Dartmouth's 35 varsity sports programs. He leads the Sport Administration team and serves as a key liaison across all athletics department areas, including Business & Finance, External Strategy, and Human Resources. He has direct sport oversight of Men's and Women's Soccer, Men's and Women's Basketball, Men's and Women's Swimming & Diving, Baseball, and Softball. Additionally, Houston has administrative oversight of Compliance, Athletics Equipment and Travel Operations. He is a member of the Director of Athletics and Recreation's leadership team and assists with the department-wide strategic planning efforts. He steers the department's Camp and Clinic Committee, which has generated record revenue under his leadership, and plays a pivotal role in advancement initiatives and capital projects that enhance the student-athlete experience. Houston collaborates with several campus partners, including Integrity & Compliance, Safety and Security, Community Standards & Accountability and the Office of General Counsel. As Dartmouth Athletics' Deputy Title IX Coordinator, he works closely with the Equal Opportunity, Accessibility, and Title IX Office to deliver annual education and training to staff and student-athletes. Yuriko Fujioka
Yuri is entering her thirteenth year at Dartmouth ahead of the 2025-26 season. Prior to her hire at Dartmouth, Fujioka completed an internship year at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in Troy, NY. Fujioka started her career at Dartmouth with the women's basketball team. Now, she works with men's heavyweight rowing and women's rugby. She has a diverse background in education, most recently earning her Master of Science in Athletic Training from Illinois State University in 2011. Prior to that, she earned two undergraduate degrees, the first in 2006 in Tokyo, Japan, from Kokushikan University, where she studied Physical Education. After developing in an interest in Athletic Training, Yuri pursued her Bachelor of Science from Oregon State University, graduating in 2009. Yuri's professional interests include manual therapies, and she has completed the Graston Technique Module 1.
