Cam Patria joined Dartmouth in 2019, working with men's lacrosse and sailing teams. He earned his bachelor's degree from UNH before earning an MEd from Penn State. Outside of work, Cam likes to ski during the winter and spend time with his wife and daughter.

Justin Ruff joined Dartmouth in June of 2025 as the newest Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach. Prior to Dartmouth, Ruff spent nearly four years as the Director of Strength and Conditioning at Nichols College, helping with student-athlete development, sports coaching and development, and strength training. While at Nichols, Ruff developed and taught the Introduction to Sports Performance Practicum course, providing hands on strength and conditioning experience to students. Ruff has also worked as a strength and conditioning coach at multiple other institutions, including Merrimack, Augsburg, Concordia University-St. Paul, and Minnesota. He received his Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from Augsburg in 2020 before earning his Masters of Sports and Exercise Science with an emphasis in strength and conditioning, kinesiology, and exercise science from Merrimack in 2021.

Nam Pham joined the Big Green coaching staff ahead of the 2024 fall season. In his first season in Hanover, the Big Green saw multiple national rankings and won 13 matches which is the most since the 2018-19 season. Dartmouth ended the season ranked fourth in the New England Region by ITA. Pham joins the Big Green following a four year career at Illinois State as a member of the men’s tennis team. As a player he was named the Summit League Player of the Year in 2022, he also earned an All-Summit League selection in 2022, 2023, and 2024. While competing at the college level, Pham also served as both tennis coach and tennis instructor at multiple organizations. Most recently he served as a tennis coach at the Overland Park Racquet Club in Overland Park, Kansas. DeSanto is excited to add Pham to the coaching staff. “The addition of Nam to our team is a big win for Dartmouth men's tennis. As a very accomplished college tennis player, he will round out our coaching staff perfectly as someone who was successful on court because of his tactical approach to the game. He competed with true passion every time he stepped on the court, and I can tell that passion will translate into him being one of the best young coaches in our sport.”
