Greer attended Grand View University in Des Moines, IA and played basketball during her undergraduate years. She continued her education at Grand View for her master's degree, graduating in 2021. Since graduation Heather has been on both sides of the country, living in Seattle and working at Seattle Pacific University, then working at the University of South Florida and West Virginia University, until moving to Charleston in February of 2025. Women's soccer has been her primary focus since beginning working as an athletic trainer, and she has had experience with the Seattle Reign and Storm.

Kristina MacLure joined the College of Charleston Athletic Department in September 2025. MacLure works with women's basketball, women's soccer, track and field cross country programs at Charleston. Prior to Charleston, MacLure was at the University of Virginia as an Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach and worked primarily with the men and women's track and field and cross-country teams. During this time, the women's track and field team won the ACC conference championship, 35 athletes qualified for East Regionals, and 11 qualified for Nationals. Before UVA, she was an Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach for Lander University where she worked with women's basketball, volleyball, field hockey, acrobatics and tumbling, men and women's golf, men and women's track and field and cross country, and women's tennis teams. MacLure grew up in Stow, Massachusetts, and earned a Bachelors in Kinesiology and a bachelor's in communications at the University of Rhode Island. At URI she competed as a track and field athlete, earning All-American Honors in 2019 and 2021, two-time East Regional Qualifier, 5-time school record holder, and team co-captain those two seasons. She earned her master's degree in Exercise Science from Merrimack College in 2022 and earned her MBA from Lander University in 2024. She is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist from the NSCA and is CPR/AED/First Aid Certified.

Mary Kate has an energy and positivity about her that is contagious and we are so excited that she is with us!” Prior to Charleston, Loper played professionally for the Lexington Sporting Club in the USL Super League for the 2024 and 2025 seasons. “I am incredibly excited and grateful to be a part of the College of Charleston women’s soccer program,” said Loper. “I cannot thank Christian and Shanna enough for this opportunity, as well as for the mentorship they’ve already provided as I begin this journey.” Loper joined the Lexington Sporting Club following a fifth year with Ole Miss. In 2022 with the Rebels, Loper recorded a team-leading seven goals and four assists for a team-leading 18 points. She earned her master’s in higher education from Ole Miss. She earned her undergraduate degree in political science from Duke University where she played all four years. At Duke, Loper was named to the All-ACC Academic Team (2021), the ACC Academic Honor Roll (2021), and the Duke Nike Classic All-Tournament Team (2018). During her junior season, she was named ACC Offensive Player of the Week after scoring two goals, including the overtime game-winner against Wake Fore
