Adrianna Johnson, a Providence, Rhode Island native, established her coaching career at Brown University as a volunteer intern with Strength & Conditioning in the Fall of 2015 under the current Director of Sports Performance, Brandon O'Neall. As an intern, Johnson received responsibility over the Women's Golf and Equestrian programs in Spring of 2016 when she acquired her Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) certification through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA). Before her time in 2015 at Brown, Johnson served as a volunteer coach at Providence College and Conca Sport and Fitness in West Springfield, Massachusetts. In both positions, Johnson aided in implementation of programs and daily upkeep of facilities. After her volunteering stint with Brown, Johnson accepted an Assistant Athletic Performance Coach position at the University of North Carolina at Pembroke in Pembroke, North Carolina in May 2016. During her one year at UNCP, Johnson designed and implemented strength and conditioning programs for Women's Soccer, Volleyball, Women's Golf, Women's Swim and Dive and Spirit Squad and helped with other teams as needed including Football. Johnson helped Women's Soccer go on to achieve a 12-4-2 record and win the Peach Belt Conference Championship. Giana Cappelli first joined the Brown University Athletic Communications team in August 2023 as an intern, and has since become an Athletic Communications Officer in July 2024. During her time as an intern, Cappelli served as the primary contact for the sailing and tennis teams, as well as a secondary contact for football. She also assisted in coverage of men's and women's ice hockey. Prior to Brown, Giana spent a year interning with Girls Club as a Media Coordinator. There, she helped run the brand's social media pages, and assisted in creating graphics. She then moved into her role as the Media Director of LinkedIn, where she oversaw and worked closely with interns to create content for the brand. Cappelli is a Rhode Island native that graduated from La Salle Academy in 2020. She graduated magna cum laude from the University of Rhode Island in 2024, earning a Bachelor of Arts in sports media and communication with a minor in journalism.

Heather Hanjack joined Brown in the Fall of 2021 and primarily works with the Women's Basketball and Sailing teams. In her time on College Hill, she has also worked with Women's Rugby and the throwers group for Track and Field. Prior to arriving at Brown, Hanjack served as the Head Athletic Trainer at Merrimack College. She also made stops at Boston College and UMass Amherst. A 2007 graduate of Merrimack College with a Bachelor of Science in Athletic Trainer, Hanjack earned her Masters in Education from Boston College in 2010. Hanjack is a member of the National Athletic Trainers' Association.

James Logan Hatch joined the Brown University women’s basketball staff in July 2025 as their Operations Coordinator. Hatch arrived at Brown after two years with Columbia University women’s basketball, where he advanced through multiple operations roles. He began as a Data Analyst and Graduate Manager before serving as Special Assistant to Staff, Graduate Assistant, Recruiting Analyst, and ultimately Assistant Director of Basketball Operations. During his tenure with the Lions, Hatch contributed to back-to-back Ivy League Championships, consecutive at-large NCAA Tournament berths, and the program’s first March Madness victory. In addition to his work at Columbia, Hatch gained industry experience at NBC Sports in Digital Commercial Operations, where he supported live stream operations for the Paris 2024 Summer Olympics and oversaw advertising content distribution. At Stanford University, Hatch served as a team manager for the men’s basketball program during the 2021-22 season. He also contributed to football game day operations and fan experience for women’s basketball, women’s soccer, men’s soccer, softball, and baseball. A native of Florence, Ariz., Hatch was the first Arizonan to earn a Computer Science STEM Scholar distinction on his high school diploma from Poston Butte High School. He went on to earn a Bachelor of Arts in Science, Technology, and Society from Stanford University and a Master of Science in Sports Management from Columbia University.
