Adam Ricketts
Adam Ricketts enters his second season as the Director of Football Video for the Boston College Football Program. In this role, Ricketts is responsible for the production and distribution of all game and practice video for the coaching staff. Ricketts arrived in Chestnut Hill with an extensive background in Football Video. Prior to his time on The Heights, Ricketts had a brief stint with James Madison as a Football Video and Technology Coordinator at the beginning of 2025. Before his time in Harrisonburg, Ricketts spent three seasons (2022-24) at Southern Miss as Football Video Coordinator, his second stint in Hattiesburg after serving as a Football Video Graduate Assistant (2020-21). In between his stops at Southern Miss, Ricketts was the Football Video Coordinator at Austin Peay for one season (2021-22). Originally from Rochelle, Ill., Ricketts received his bachelor's degree from Saint John's University in Minnesota before obtaining a master's degree from the University of Southern Mississippi.

Andrew Breiner

Sartori works closely with Senior Offensive Analyst Rob Chudzinski with the development of the young tight ends on the Eagles roster. Prior to arriving on The Heights, Sartori spent two seasons with the New England Patriots as an Equipment Assistant. He was responsible for the maintenance of the locker room and all equipment needs for the 90-man roster. Before his time in Foxborough, Sartori completed an internship with the Harvard Football program as a Quality Control Analyst. Originally from Mount Sinai, N.Y., Sartori played Football at Bentley University for four years on both sides of the ball. He graduated from Bentley in 2023 with a bachelor's degree in Finance.

Joe Dailey returns to The Heights in 2026 for his second stint as Wide Receivers Coach. Dailey initially coached the Eagles’ wideouts from 2020-21. Most recently, Dailey served as passing game coordinator/quarterbacks at Hampton University. Under Dailey’s guidance, the Pirates totaled 400 or more yards on offense on five occasions in 2024. Prior to his time at Hampton, Dailey was an offensive analyst at Kansas in 2023. That season, the Jayhawks capped a 9–4 season with their first bowl victory in 17 years. Dailey helped orchestrate an offense that ranked 17th nationally in scoring at 34.8 points per game and eighth in rushing with 206 yards per game. Before arriving in Lawrence, Dailey coached wide receivers with the Carolina Panthers in 2022. Under Dailey’s mentorship, D.J.
