Head Coach
Through 11 seasons at the helm of Baylor volleyball, head coach Ryan McGuyre has put the program among the sport's biggest names and into the national spotlight, while becoming the program's winningest head coach (2023). This past season, McGuyre continued to solidify his place among the nation's elite coaches, guiding Baylor to its 10th-straight NCAA Tournament appearance, a streak tied for the 11th-longest active run in the country and the second-best in the Big 12. Under his direction, the Bears extended their national ranking streak to 121 consecutive weeks, the eighth-longest active streak in Division I volleyball. Named the 2019 AVCA and VolleyballMag.com National Coach of the Year, 2019 AVCA Southwest Region Coach of the Year and 2017 and 2019 Big 12 Coach of the Year, McGuyre has coached 13 AVCA All-America selections, 19 All-Region honorees, 27 All-Big 12 awardees and 58 Academic All-Big 12 selections throughout his time at Baylor.

Assistant Coach, Recruiting Coordinator
Jorge Peñate joined Baylor Volleyball in July of 2023 as an assistant coach. As Baylor's recruiting coordinator, he played a pivotal role in Baylor's continued rise during the 2025 season, both on the court and on the recruiting trail. Associate Head Coach
Joshua Walker joined Ryan McGuyre's staff in the spring of 2022, officially being named assistant coach on March 10. He was promoted to Associate Head Coach in February of 2023.
