West Virginia University Women's Soccer

Collin Hauschild serves as the primary athletic trainer for women's soccer after joining West Virginia University Athletics in June 2024. His current role includes the day-to-day care, rehabilitation and injury prevention for student-athletes. Hauschild recently served with the women's tennis and the WVU spirit squads as athletic trainer. He most recently served as a student athletic trainer for the WVU wrestling and women's soccer programs, helping with their day-to-day medical care, rehabilitation and injury prevention. His professional experience also includes a summer stint as a student athletic trainer for WVU Orthopedic Medicine and working as an athletic trainer for the Falmouth Road Race in Falmouth, Massachusetts, in the summer of 2023. His first role with WVU was as a student athletic trainer for the Mountaineer baseball program in 2022. Hauschild has a bachelor of science degree in pre-athletic training from Baldwin Wallace University in Berea, Ohio, and a master of science degree in athletic training from West Virginia University. He owns several certifications and memberships including CPR/AED and first aid certified from the American Red Cross, HIPAA/OSHA certified, and mental health first aid certified.

Katie Stakem was named the director of operations for the West Virginia University women's soccer team in February 2023, following multiple seasons as a student manager. Stakem's roles include coordinating arrangements with opponents, organizing team activities and supervising student managers. She also oversees the organization of equipment for training sessions and filming practices and games. In all, Stakem has been a part of the Mountaineer women's soccer program since 2018. Prior to her current role, Stakem was a graduate assistant with WVU's equipment staff, working specifically with men's and women's basketball. A native of Wheeling, West Virginia, Stakem earned her bachelor's degree in exercise physiology with an emphasis in aquatic therapy in May of 2022. She graduated with her master's in sport management from WVU's College of Applied Human Sciences in May 2024.

Olivia Sneed joined the WVU Department of Intercollegiate Athletics in June of 2021, where she serves as an Assistant Director of Athletics Communications and the primary media contact for the WVU women's soccer and gymnastics teams. Sneed served as a graduate assistant in the WVU Athletics Communications Office from 2019-21 as the primary media contact for men's and women's swimming and diving, track and field/cross country and men's soccer. She also aided with the communication efforts for the football team, along with other Mountaineer programs. During her time as a graduate assistant, Sneed also served as the interim contact for the women's soccer and men's golf teams. Prior to her time as a graduate assistant, Sneed interned with the WVU Athletics Communications Office and WVU Athletics Video Department from 2016-19. A native of Morgantown, West Virginia, Sneed earned her bachelor's degree in journalism from West Virginia University in 2019 and a master's degree in sport management from WVU in 2021.

Riley Jenkins joined West Virginia University Athletics as Assistant Director of Facilities and Operations in July 2025. Jenkins served as a graduate assistant for facilities and operations at WVU from July 2023 to May 2025. While in this role, WVU hosted the 2024 Big 12 Swimming and Diving Championships, the 2024 NCAA Rifle National Championship and the 2024 Men's Soccer Sun Belt Soccer Tournament. Before joining WVU, Jenkins worked as the scheduling coordinator for recreational sports at Ohio State University. In this position, she served as the main contact for scheduling and coordinating events and practices for over 60 club sports at Ohio State. Jenkins earned a B.S. in education from Ohio State in 2022 and an M.S. in sport management from West Virginia in 2025.

Sandy Cole-DeMent serves as assistant director for student-athlete development. She has previously served as an educational academic counselor for the WVU student-athletes since 1990. She graduated Phi Kappa Phi in health and physical education from WVU in 1989, and received a master's in education administration in 1990. She is working toward a doctorate in counseling and sport behavior. While a graduate assistant, she worked with the university academic services department. Cole-DeMent is a member of the National Association of Academic Advisors for Athletics, and received the 2000 Curbstone Quarterback Award from the Morgantown Touchdown Club. A native of Morgantown and an avid Mountaineer fan, the St. Francis High graduate and her husband, Rex, live in Star City.

Will Davidson joined the Department of Intercollegiate Athletics in July 2024 as a content creator in the digital media department. In this role, he is responsible for the creation and the development of WVU's digital initiatives on social media and the web for women's soccer and gymnastics. Davidson comes to WVU following a four-year stint working in the University of South Carolina's athletic department as a creative media intern. He was responsible for generating ideas, creating and producing long- and short-form video content for Gamecock football, baseball and volleyball. His work experience also includes video and editing for South Carolina football, men's basketball, baseball and volleyball, as well as serving as the unit's intern leader. He counts a student freelancer role with Gamecock Productions and a multi-media journalist position for Carolina News and Reporter among his professional work experiences. Davidson earned a bachelor-of-arts degree in broadcast journalism from South Carolina in 2024.
