Head Coach

Athletic Trainer
Collin Hauschild serves as the primary athletic trainer for women's soccer after joining West Virginia University Athletics in June 2024. His current role includes the day-to-day care, rehabilitation and injury prevention for student-athletes. Hauschild recently served with the women's tennis and the WVU spirit squads as athletic trainer. He most recently served as a student athletic trainer for the WVU wrestling and women's soccer programs, helping with their day-to-day medical care, rehabilitation and injury prevention. His professional experience also includes a summer stint as a student athletic trainer for WVU Orthopedic Medicine and working as an athletic trainer for the Falmouth Road Race in Falmouth, Massachusetts, in the summer of 2023. His first role with WVU was as a student athletic trainer for the Mountaineer baseball program in 2022. Hauschild has a bachelor of science degree in pre-athletic training from Baldwin Wallace University in Berea, Ohio, and a master of science degree in athletic training from West Virginia University. He owns several certifications and memberships including CPR/AED and first aid certified from the American Red Cross, HIPAA/OSHA certified, and mental health first aid certified.

Director of Operations
Katie Stakem was named the director of operations for the West Virginia University women's soccer team in February 2023, following multiple seasons as a student manager. Stakem's roles include coordinating arrangements with opponents, organizing team activities and supervising student managers. Assistant Director of Athletics Communications (WSOC, GYM)
Olivia Sneed joined the WVU Department of Intercollegiate Athletics in June of 2021, where she serves as an Assistant Director of Athletics Communications and the primary media contact for the WVU women's soccer and gymnastics teams. Prior to her time as a graduate assistant, Sneed interned with the WVU Athletics Communications Office and WVU Athletics Video Department from 2016-19. A native of Morgantown, West Virginia, Sneed earned her bachelor's degree in journalism from West Virginia University in 2019 and a master's degree in sport management from WVU in 2021.
