Worley joined the Badgers' staff in January 2023 as the director of player development and engagement. Worley spent time with the Seahawks, Eagles and Bengals in the NFL. He earned a late-season call up during his rookie season with the Bengals in 2018, appearing in two games for the Bengals while recording two tackles. During his collegiate playing career at Ohio State, Worley was a two-year starter for the Buckeyes, earning All-Big Ten honorable mention honors as a senior. He played in 14 games as a freshman on Ohio State's 2015 College Football Playoff National Championship team. Worley was born and raised in Cleveland, Ohio and attended Glenville High School.
