Kelsie Chaudoin, whose experience in collegiate rowing spans two decades and includes championships as a student-athlete and associate head coach, enters her second season as USC's head women's rowing coach. Allison Foster enters her second season at USC, having joined head coach Kelsie Chadoin's staff as an assistant coach in August 2024 and bringing a wealth of knowledge and experience to her role at USC. As of July 2025, Foster serves as associate head coach for the USC rowing program. “Allison is someone I’ve respected for years, and she will bring a wealth of experience to USC,” Chaudoin said of Foster upon her hiring. “Her experience at Oregon State as an assistant and at LMU as a head coach will be invaluable. She has a keen eye and always pushes the envelope, looking for new competitive advantages relative to physiology and training. Additionally, she has such a steady presence and pays close attention to details. I look forward to having her on staff and to everything she will add to the team here at USC!” Foster comes to USC after serving two seasons as director of rowing and women’s head coach at Loyola Marymount, overseeing all aspects of the men’s and women’s teams and coaching the women to back-to-back third-place finishes at the West Coast Conference championships. Under her leadership, LMU’s Varsity 8 recorded the program’s best conference finish since 2019 last season. Angela Munger-Rivera is an Associate Director of Athletic Academic Advising. She started at USC in July 2014 as an academic counselor. She works with Football, Women's Cross Country and Men's and Women's Track and Field. In addition to her advising responsibilities, she also serves as the Coordinator for graduate assistants, assists with collecting GSR and monitoring student-athletes course enrollment ratios. Prior to USC, Angela worked at Santa Clara as the academic support manager for the Men's and Women's basketball teams. Before moving into her academic support role, she spent 11 years as a Division I assistant and associate head basketball coach at Air Force and Idaho State. A native of Hawthorne, Nev., Angela earned a bachelor's degree in Biology in 2000 from Idaho State, then a master's in Athletic Administration from Idaho State in 2002.

Erica Monsegue is a director of athletic compliance at USC. She joined in the office in July 2022. She oversees athletic compliance for men's basketball, men's volleyball and women's volleyball. She also serves as the compliance liaison for Auxiliary Services, Development and Sport Psychology. Previously, Erica served as the assistant athletic director for compliance at the University of California Davis and the assistant director for compliance at Sacramento State. Erica graduated with a bachelor's degree in sport management from the University of Texas at Austin in 2010 and earned her master's degree from the Rossier School of Education at the University of Southern California in 2014. Erica is an active member of the National Association of Collegiate Athletic Directors (NACDA), and the National Association for Athletics Compliance (NAAC). She lives in Los Angeles with her wife, Marta and their cat Penelope and dog Ollie.

ACC champion and All-ACC first team selection as a student-athlete at Virginia, Larkin Brown enters her second season at USC as an assistant coach on head coach Kelsie Chaudoin's staff. “Larkin is one of the strongest leaders I have had the opportunity to work with in my time as a college coach,” Chaudoin said of Brown, who rowed at UVA while Chaudoin was associate head coach for the Cavaliers. "She is hard-working, bright, tenacious and mature beyond her years, and has a great sense of humor to boot. Larkin is also a straight shooter who has the ability to connect and inspire everyone around her, and I am certain she will be an asset to the young women on the team here at USC. She has developed quickly as a coach, working with the Olympic Development team this summer, and we are excited for her to join the staff here at USC!” In addition to her work with USRowing as an associate coach in summer 2024, Brown also coached at the prep level in Chattanooga, Tenn. A 2023 graduate of Virginia, Brown was a co-captain as a senior. She was a member of UVA’s ACC title-winning Second Varsity Eight in 2022 and also won an ACC title in the 2021 Varsity Four. In 2023, she helped UVA’s Varsity Eight take second at the ACC Championships and 11th at the NCAA Championship. "I am truly honored to be joining the USC family this year,” Brown said. Rosie Sese joined SAAS as a Learning Specialist in Spring 2016. In her current role as Athletics Admissions Coordinator, she manages all facets of the athletic admissions process in collaboration with the USC Office of Undergraduate Admission. Prior to joining SAAS, she spent several years as an instructor and consultant at Lindamood-Bell, an organization best known for their robust and effective literacy programs. She received her Master's degree from the Harvard Graduate School of Education where she studied issues in special education, curriculum design, and literacy instruction. During her time at Harvard, she also served as a contributing writer for an educational consulting group based in Boston. In that role, she analyzed psychoeducational evaluations and created recommendations to maximize student learning. She briefly worked as a Special Education teacher at a charter high school in New Orleans. Rosie holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Macalester College in St. Paul, Minn. She is currently pursuing her doctorate in Educational Leadership at USC's Rossier School of Education.

Suzanne Ebner is a director of development with USC Athletics, working with the Trojan Athletic Fund since 2015. She oversees social media, marketing and research projects for the Trojan Athletic Fund. She also handles stewardship of new TAF members and promotes the Heritage Association as a resource to former USC student-athletes. Prior to USC, Suzanne had a long career in marketing and advertising in Account Management. She was an Account Director on a variety of retail brands including Carl's Jr., Hardee's, Baskin-Robbins, Farmer John and Loews Coronado Bay Resort. Suzanne also led the team that introduced Arena Football to the LA market in 2000 with the launch of the LA Avenger football team with owner Casey Wasserman. In addition, Suzanne served as Group Account Director on ABC7 TV Los Angeles for fifteen years as their partner responsible for all off-station advertising of their news and syndicated programming. She received her bachelor's degree in liberal studies from UC Santa Barbara in 1985.

Tatyana Obukhova McMahon is in her 18th season (2008-25) at USC as an assistant strength and conditioning coach. She has worked with a number of Trojan teams, including football, track, cross country, rowing, tennis and golf. She has worked closely with Olympic medalists Rai Benjamin, Kendall Ellis and Michael Norman. Obukhova McMahon was an All-American triple jumper at USC (2000-2002), winning Pac-10 titles in the event each year. She was third at the NCAAs in 2001 and fourth in 2002. She helped the Women of Troy to the 2001 NCAA team championship. She was an economics major at USC. She is a native of Yasnogorsk, Russia. She and her husband, John, have a daughter named Valentina.
