Head Coach
Rich Weinrebe is currently in his second season as the head coach at his alma mater in 2025. Weinrebe, who returned to Durham after two seasons as head coach at Northeastern University, was named the 12th men's soccer head coach in program history on Jan. 4, 2024. A native of East Providence, R.I., he spent eight seasons (2014-21) on the Wildcat men's soccer staff, which included a five-year tenure as associate head coach and recruiting coordinator. The Wildcats went 7-3-7 overall and posted a 4-1-2 mark in conference play in Weinrebe's first season as head coach in 2024 as UNH won a conference-record sixth straight regular season championship. The 'Cats were ranked No. 39 in the final RPI of the season making it the ninth straight year that UNH had finished in the top 42. Matthew Goncalves (Striker of the Year), Erik Lauta (Goalkeeper of the Year) and Max Voigt (Rookie of the Year) all won Major Conference Awards, while a league-best seven Wildcats earned All-Conference accolades. UNH also ranked seventh in the nation in team goals against average. Weinrebe has played a critical role in recruiting and developing some of the top Wildcats of all-time, including nine All-America selections and four MAC Hermann Trophy semifinalists. Assistant Coach
Alan Kehoe is currently in his second season as an assistant coach at UNH in 2025. The Wildcats went 7-3-7 overall and posted a 4-1-2 mark in conference play in Kehoe's first season as an assistant coach in 2024 as UNH won a conference-record sixth straight regular season championship. The 'Cats were also ranked No. 39 in the final RPI of the season. Kehoe previously served as the Director of Player Development for the UNH men's soccer team in 2022. He was a member of the 2022 America East Coaching Staff of the Year as the Wildcats won the America East Championship and advanced to the Second Round of the NCAA Tournament. As a Wildcat student-athlete in 2018 and 2019, UNH won two conference championships. As a senior in 2019, the midfielder played in 19 games with 18 starts and one assist. Kehoe also was the captain of the Franklin Pierce men's soccer team after his time at UNH. Kehoe has professional soccer experience in Ireland and Iceland, while he has coached on the youth level in Europe and the U.S. He graduated from UNH in 2020 as a Kinesiology major and earned his MBA at Franklin Pierce in 2021.

Assistant Coach
Ian de Oliveira is currently in his second season as an assistant coach at UNH in 2025. Previously, he was the goalkeeper coach at Marshall University where the team had the best goal against average in the conference and allowed the least amount of goals. Prior to working at Marshall, he was the goalkeeper coach for both West Virginia United (USL2) (2021-2022) and River Valley Soccer Club (2020-2021). At West Virginia United he coached a goalkeeper that was selected to the 2022 All-Southern Conference First Team. de Oliveira played for the University of Charleston and was on the 2017 and 2019 teams that won the NCAA Division II National Championship. He graduated from the University of Charleston with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration in 2022 and a Master of Science degree in Strategic Leadership in 2022. He lives with his wife Taylor in Waltham.
