The 2025 season will be Golan's 17th as a head coach and fifth at Missouri. In 16 seasons, she has totaled a 147-119-43 (.545) career record. During the 2024 season, Golan guided Milena Fischer to an All-SEC Third Team appearance after the senior tallied six goals and an assist. In 2023, Golan directed Kylee Simmons to First Team All-SEC honors after the forward led the SEC in points (24), points per game (1.41), goals (11) and goals per game (.65). Simmons scored 11 goals on 29 shots on goal, finishing 18th in the country in shot accuracy (.630). In addition, Simmons, Jenna Bartels, Milena Fischer and Leah Selm were named to the College Sports Communicators Academic All-District Team for their combined performance on the field and in the classroom. Academic Coordinator
Kellyn Webster joined the University of Missouri Department of Athletics in August 2021 and currently serves as the Assistant Director of Academics, working with softball, women's soccer, and men's track & field/cross country. In her role, Webster provides comprehensive academic support to student-athletes, overseeing academic planning, progress-toward-degree tracking, and eligibility certification. She also supervises the department's academic graduate assistants and interns within the Mizzou Made Academics program. Since joining Mizzou, Webster has supported two Academic All-Americans — Alex Honnold (Softball, 2023) and Callan Saldutto (Men's Track & Field, 2025). Webster was promoted to her current role in August 2025 after serving as an Academic Coordinator from January 2023 to August 2025. She began her Mizzou tenure as a Graduate Assistant in the athletics academic services office from August 2021 through December 2022. A native of Spring Valley, Minnesota, Webster earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from Bemidji State University in 2020 and her Master of Education (M.Ed.) in Education, School and Counseling Psychology from the University of Missouri in 2023.

During the 2024 season, Wys saw Milena Fischer to an All-SEC Third Team appearance after the senior tallied six goals and an assist. In 2023, Wys assisted with the development of Kylee Simmons who earned First Team All-SEC honors after the forward led the SEC in points (24), points per game (1.41), goals (11) and goals per game (.65). She helped the Mountaineers to nine clean sheets during her two seasons with App State while functioning as the goalkeeper coach. Wys would also assist with game planning, specifically on the defensive side. Before turning to coaching, Wys saw success with UMF Selfoss of the Icelandic Urvalsdeild kvenna.

Director of Soccer Operations
Molly Kuhbacher was named director of operations for Missouri Soccer in January of 2024. Kuhbacher joined Missouri after two years at McNeese where she served as the Cowgirls director of soccer operations before being elevated to assistant coach prior to the 2022 season. While at McNeese, Kuhbacher helped guide the team to 14 wins and a Southland Conference Tournament championship appearance. As a coach, she developed five all-conference honorees including first-team forward Kalie Kukaua who scored six goals and totaled 14 points a season ago. A four-year letter winner at Wyoming, Kuhbacher was a member of the 2018 Mountain West regular season championship team, served as team captain for two years and earned scholar athlete honors in 2019-20. Following her collegiate career, Kuhbacher signed with second-division Hungarian professional club, Újpest FC in Budapest, Hungary. The team went 10-0-2 with Kuhbacher making seven starts. A 2021 graduate of Wyoming, Kuhbacher holds a bachelor's degree in business marketing with a minor in marketing communications.

Renee Horton Career 2016-17 Lander Assistant Coach 2018-21 Xavier Assistant Coach 2021-22 USC Analyst 2022-24 Georgia Video Analyst 2024-25 West Georgia Associate Head Coach 2025- Missouri Associate Head Coach Renee Horton is in her first season as Associate Head Coach at Missouri since joining the program in May of 2025. Horton came to Missouri after spending last season as associate head coach and recruiting coordinator at West Georgia. Before West Georgia, Horton worked for two seasons as a video analyst at Georgia. Horton led the Bulldogs to a combined 26-10-9 record and two trips to the NCAA Tournament. During her time, she guided two All-Americans, four All-Southeast Region Team players and two SEC Co-Freshman of the Year award winners. Previous to her time in Athens, Horton spent the 2021 season on staff at USC where she led the Trojans to the second round of the NCAA Tournament. Prior to USC, Horton served three seasons on the coaching staff at Xavier (2018-21), helping the Musketeers earn their first NCAA Tournament victory in 2019. In the 2019 season, Xavier finished with a school-record 17 wins and claimed both the Big East regular season and tournament championships, earning Big East Staff of the Year honors in the process. During the season, the Musketeers set a school record for shutouts (12) and tallied the second-most assists (42) and points (128) in a season. In her first season at Xavier, Horton helped the program post its first 10-win season and postseason

Will Poole joined Mizzou Soccer as a student manager ahead of the 2025 season. A Kansas City, Mo., native, Poole is a 2025 graduate of Park Hill High School, where he excelled as a multi-sport athlete. He was a two-time all-state selection in soccer, a two-time first team all-region pick, and earned Region Goalkeeper of the Year honors. In addition, he lettered in tennis and collected all-district and all-conference recognition as a senior. At the club level, Poole competed for KC Athletics, where he helped the program capture three ECNL conference championships. In the classroom, he distinguished himself as an AP Scholar with Honor. Born June 6, 2007, in Kansas City, Mo., Poole is the son of Alicia and Bill Poole and has one brother, Ben. He is pursuing a degree in Business with an interest in marketing data analytics. In his free time, he enjoys listening to music and exploring nature. He chose Mizzou for its strong academics, proximity to home, and the welcoming environment of its people.
