Becca Morgan PhD, MAT, ATC, CES currently serves as an assistant athletic trainer, providing care to the volleyball team. Prior to her role at Ole Miss, she was an intern at Southern Methodist University with her primary responsibilities being women's volleyball and women's swimming and diving. During her internship, Morgan also assisted with football, men's and women's basketball, men's soccer and men's swimming and diving. Morgan earned her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Allied Health and a minor in history in 2015 from Hendrix College. She earned her Master's in Athletic Training from the University of Arkansas in 2017. During graduate school, she earned "The Dean Weber's Most Distinguished Graduate Athletic Training Award" in 2016. Morgan earned her PhD in Nutrition and Hospitality Management with an emphasis in Sport Nutrition from Ole Miss in December of 2025. A native on Conway, Arkansas, Morgan is a board-certified athletic trainer by the National Athletic Trainer's Association/Board of Certification and has certification in CPR/AED and first aid. Morgan is also dry needling certified and is a Corrective Exercise Specialist through NASM.

Kendra Charles currently serves as the director of operations for the Ole Miss volleyball program. In her role, Charles is responsible for the day-to-day office operations of the volleyball program. Her duties include assisting with the Rebels' camps throughout the year, team travel and equipment operations, academic and student-athlete development, marketing, communications, compliance, and game management crews, serving as the team's official liaison. Charles joined the Rebels in the spring of 2021 after spending five seasons as the director of volleyball operations at Northern Colorado. Prior to her role in operations, Charles was a standout outside hitter for the Bears from 2012-15, earning two trips to the NCAA Tournament during her career. Throughout her four years on the court in Greely, Colorado, Charles racked up over 1,000 kills and 1,000 digs, becoming one of seven players in program history to join the 1,000-1,000 club. The two-time first team All-Big Sky honoree was also named as the 2015 Big Sky Women's Scholar Athlete of the Year. Charles graduated from UNC in 2016 with a degree in biology.

Madison Crask enters her third season at Ole Miss under head coach Bre Henry. Crask played a leading role in match preparation and technical coordination in the Rebels historic 2024 campaign, in which the program won its first ever NCAA Tournament match. Crask joined the Rebel staff from California Baptist University, where she served as the volunteer technical coordinator for one season. During her tenure with her alma mater, she played a large role in match preparations by providing in-game and practice statistics using the advanced VolleyStation software. Crask also garners experience on the coaching side as she served as the head volleyball coach for both Chino High School and the Ignite Volleyball Club in Chino, California. The Riverside, California, native graduated from California Baptist with her Bachelor of Science in Sports Analytics in 2022 and her Master of Science in Kinesiology one year later. Additionally, she collaborated on two different volleyball research studies alongside earning her degrees.
