Pitter saw significant success in her first year with the RedHawks, as she guided the men to their fifth straight championship title in the teams first season in the Missouri Valley Conference (MVC). Pitter was also named the MVC Men's Swimming Coach of the Year. She also led the women to a third place finish in the Mid-American Conference (MAC) Women's Swimming & Diving Championships. Pitter arrived to Oxford after serving two years as an associate head coach at the University of Pittsburgh. She brings 16 years of collegiate coaching experience with her to Miami. From 2022-24, Pitter helped lead the Panthers to break 39 program records, with 25 student-athletes qualifying for the NCAA Championships. In 2023, she assisted the men's program to its most NCAA qualifiers at any point in the school's history. In 2023 and 2024, the men achieved their highest-ever finish in the ACC (seventh each year). Charlie Retter enters his second season as the diving coach for the RedHawks heading into the 2025-26 season. Retter comes to Oxford after spending the past two years at The Woodlands Diving Academy in Shenandoah, Texas. He previously worked for six years at Duke Diving Club in Durham, N.C. Retter has helped divers qualify for the USA Diving Junior National Championship every year since 2017 and represented USA Diving as part of the coaching staff at the 2023 Junior Pan American Games. Retter earned his Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from North Carolina State University in 2022 and previously competed for the Wolfpack’s swim/dive team. He also has experience diving internationally as a member of the Junior National Team under Olympic coaches Jenny and Drew Johansen.

Kevin Menke enters his second season as an assistant coach in the 2025-26 season. Menke has more than a decade of coaching experience as a head age group swim coach with the South YMCA Swim Team, a program he initially joined as an assistant in 2013. Menke also served as head swim coach for Crestwood Swim Club from 2014-2018. He is a former Wright State swimmer and graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from WSU in 2016.
