Jason Dierking is in his tenth year as an Assistant Director of Olympic Sports Performance at the University of Louisville. In this role, he works directly with men’s and women’s swimming/diving, men’s soccer, field hockey, men’s and women’s tennis, women’s golf, and cross country. Dierking comes to Louisville from Indiana University, where he served as an assistant strength and conditioning coach for four years. He also was a graduate assistant strength coach at IU from 1998-2001. During the summer of 2000, Dierking worked as the strength and conditioning intern at the Olympic Training Center in Lake Placid, NY, where he helped train athletes that were preparing for the 2002 Winter Olympics in Salt Lake City. He has also competed in the Iron Man triathalon. Dierking earned his master’s degree in exercise physiology from Indiana University and a bachelor’s degree in adult physical fitness from Eastern Kentucky University, where he also played baseball for the Colonels. He is a member of and certified by the National Strength and Conditioning Association and United States Weightlifting.

Her duties include the coordination of sports information for volleyball, women's tennis, swimming, lacrosse, and the Spirit Groups as well as serving on the U of L Athletic Hall of Fame Committee. Before arriving in Louisville, Worley served as assistant sports information director at Illinois State for a year and a half while working on a master’s. She also served as Sports Information Director at Valparaiso University for two years. Her publications and writing have won numerous CoSIDA awards, most recently, her swim guide was voted the best in the nation. The native of Elmhurst, Ill. was named as an Outstanding Young Woman in America. She served as chair for the CoSIDA Writing Contest. She worked at the 1996 Centennial Olympic Games where she covered beach volleyball, indoor volleyball and road cycling. She was the recipient of the CoSIDA 25 Year Award, one of the few women to be named to this award. She was awarded a Grant Burger Award for her work in social media. She graduated from Valparaiso University in 1980 where she served as sports editor of the school newspaper and her column won the Indiana Collegiate Press Association Award for humor. Worley and her husband, Mike, have four children, Jayne, Jeremy, Alec and Holly and grandson, Jonathan.

Wilson began her career as a student at Louisiana State University and assisted with Swim & Dive and Women’s Soccer, while developing a strong understanding of manual therapy, therapeutic modalities, and planning rehabilitation plans for athletes. A native of Louisiana, Wilson earned her bachelor’s degree in Pre-Kinesiology from LSU and her Master of Science in Athletic Training from TCU. She is a certified and licensed athletic trainer and has additional credentials, including a current BLS/First Aid certification and an active NPI.
