Tommy McMenemy was announced as the head men's soccer coach on November 30, 2021. McMenemy arrived in Newark with a wealth of coaching experience at the collegiate and playing levels. Most recently, McMenemy served as the associate head coach and recruiting coordinator at the University of Michigan. In his fourth season at the helm, McMenemy led Delaware to a historic and record-breaking 2025 campaign in the program’s 100th season and its first year competing in The Summit League. The Blue Hens posted a 12-2-3 overall record and advanced to The Summit League Semifinals, finishing with the fewest losses (2) in program history among seasons with at least 15 matches. Delaware opened the year with the best start in program history (7-0), went unbeaten in its first 10 matches (9-0-1), and finished the season undefeated at home (8-0). Under McMenemy’s leadership, Delaware broke 16 program records in the 2025 season and emerged as one of the top attacking teams in the nation, finishing first nationally in scoring offense (2.82 goals per game) and points per game (8.53), while ranking second in goal differential (+37). The Hens also earned a national ranking, climbing as high as No. 24 in TopDrawerSoccer’s Top 25 poll, and received votes in three United Soccer Coaches national polls throughout the season. Prior to UD, Cucinotta spent three years at Arcadia University in Glenside, Pennsylvania as the Assistant Director of Athletic Communications from 2022-24 and the Associate Director from 2024-25. During her time in Glenside, Cucinotta helped elevate the Knights' social media content to new heights, generating content that has vaulted the social media towards the top of the Middle Atlantic Conference. In addition to creating in-game and engaging social media content, Cucinotta oversaw scoring areas, monitored student workers, and assisted with department initiatives such as the Awards Banquet and Hall of Fame ceremony. In 2024 Cucinotta planned and executed the Finals Countdown, a charity staff and faculty basketball game that generated over $700 for Montgomery County Rotary Special Athletes. For her efforts, Cucinotta was awarded the 2024 Athletics Service Award by the department. Before Arcadia, Cucinotta spent two summers as a Mentor and Social Media Lead for Beyond Sports Tours in Playa Flamingo, Costa Rica. While with Beyond Sports, Cucinotta was the primary social media content creator, recorded footage, took photos and edited recap videos for each of the six 10-day sessions, while also leading leadership workshops and service learning activities. Kyle Koch enters his fifth year at Delaware and first as Senior Associate AD, Sales and Service after being promoted to that post in August of 2022. He joined the Blue Hens in September of 2017 and is responsible for the creation and implementation of a comprehensive, collaborative, and sustainable sales and service program. This includes the oversight of sports & entertainment sales, ticket sales, ticket servicing, facility rentals, and Delaware Sports Properties. Koch previously worked at the University of Pennsylvania as the Assistant Athletic Director for Ticket Sales and Service for nearly three years. With the Quakers, he coordinated and managed ticket sales and operations for the athletic department, Penn Relays, and outside events. Koch developed strategic plans to increase ticket sales and create new revenue opportunities, while also overseeing gymnastics and sprint football. From 2009-13, Koch worked at North Carolina State University as the Director of Ticket Operations. He also served as the Assistant Director of Ticket Operations at the Naval Academy Athletic Association (2007-09). Koch, a native of Lehighton, PA, earned his Bachelor's degree in Sports Management from DeSales University (2005) and his Master's degree in Athletic Administration from Marshall University (2006). While at DeSales, Koch was a four-year member of the men's basketball team. Koch and his wife, Elizabeth, are parents to Declan, Deacon, Maren and Kellen.

He is also responsible for overseeing the budget for his assigned sports as well as for the fitting of gear and apparel. Baah contributed to the development and preparation of one of the nation’s most complete teams, as Delaware broke 16 program records and finished first in the NCAA in scoring offense and points per game. His work in technical activation, individual development, and scouting supported a balanced squad that led The Summit League in both offensive and defensive categories. In his third year with the program, Baah continues to be a key figure in the Blue Hen regiment. His personal sessions with each of his players during practices and engagement during pregame drills has established a strong bond between him and his athletes. He is able to recognize and respect the strengths and weaknesses of each player and allow them the correct learning curve to grow as an athlete. Baah was able to use that skill to attack opponents weaknesses when scouting to allow a Blue Hen advantage. The culture and energy Baah brings to the team each day has been a huge success factor in the McMenemy era. He heavily contributed to the team’s jump from two wins to nine in his second year as assistant coach.
