The Trojans have accumulated 148 wins during Meade’s tenure, the most wins in the first four seasons by a head coach in program history. Troy is coming off three consecutive 37-plus win seasons for the first time since 1996-98. Meade took over Troy’s head coaching role in 2022 following four seasons as the pitching coach at South Carolina. 2025 Meade’s fourth season began with a No. 25 national ranking, marking the first time the program had received a preseason ranking. With a 39-21 record, Troy was ranked each week from the preseason through Week 14, the longest stretch in the program’s Division-I history that the Trojans have been ranked.
