The all-time winningest head coach in the University of Tennessee at Martin's NCAA Division I Era (since 1992), Jaclynn Wilson is in her 11th season in 2025. She was officially named the seventh head coach in Skyhawk history on May 11, 2015. Wilson became UT Martin's NCAA Division I wins leader on Oct. 1, 2024 as a road victory at Ohio Valley Conference rival Southern Indiana was her 111th triumph as a Skyhawk, passing former head coach Chris Rushing (1998-2004). Wilson now ranks second to Milly MacDonell's 238 victories (1984-97) for the most wins in school history. Wilson was named to the prestigious 2015 "Thirty Under 30" list compiled by the American Volleyball Coaches Association. She was one of just four Division-I head coaches to earn a spot on that list. Entering the 2025-26 academic year, she owns a 231-210 career record in indoor volleyball and 101-92 mark as a beach volleyball head coach. Last season, Wilson coached Kylie Surratt, who became the first Skyhawk freshman to earn All-OVC first or second team accolades in school history. The outside hitter nabbed a spot on the league's second team after becoming just the third freshman in the school's NCAA Division I Era to lead UT Martin in kills. Her 292 kills were the most for a Skyhawk freshman since 1993 as she rolled to a school-record three OVC Freshman of the Week accolades. University of Tennessee at Martin alum and five-time Ohio Valley Conference champion Logan Wallick is in her third season on the Skyhawk staff in 2025. She was named recruiting coordinator for the 2025 season after spending the first two seasons as a volunteer assistant. Wallick accounted for a remarkable playing career in both volleyball and beach volleyball at UT Martin under head coach Jaclynn Wilson. The Waddell, Ariz. native concluded her indoor career ranking seventh in school history in kills per set (2.82) and eighth in kills (1,062), becoming the first player in Skyhawk history to earn All-OVC first and second team honors in a career. She helped UT Martin to the OVC regular season championship during her graduate season in 2022 as the program clinched its first OVC title in 20 years. The Skyhawks won 23 matches and set a school record for most OVC wins (15 against just three losses) and emerged victorious in the Women's National Invitational Volleyball Championship for the program's first postseason win as a NCAA Division I member (since 1992). In beach volleyball, Wallick was a three-time All-OVC honoree (tied for the most postseason accolades in school history) and was named to the OVC's 75th Anniversary Team in the summer of 2023.
