Biography

Rick Brown joined the Temple coaching staff in 2025 as specialist coach. As such he will work with the kickers, punters and long snappers on proper techniques in the kicking game. Brown is reunited with head coach K.C. Keeler. The two led Delaware to a FCS national championship in 2003. Brown has had other stops in the tri-state area including Holy Cross (1995-2001), Camden Catholic (2004-10), and Eastern Regional high schools. He also served as Football commissioner in Marlton Township for seven years. He comes from a family of specialty coaching. His brother Randy is a special teams coach with the Baltimore Ravens, and his nephew Tyler holds a similar role with the Philadelphia Eagles. Brown is a 1993 graduate of Colgate University with a degree in English and education.
