Ginn, a former Blue Hen standout quarterback and 1999 team captain, spent 18 seasons with the Delaware staff. He served in a variety of roles on the UD staff following his graduation in 2000. He served as running backs coach (2002-05), receivers coach (2006-07, 2009-13), quarterbacks coach (2008, 2014-15), and tight ends coach (2016-17). Ginn also was Delaware's offensive coordinator for Keeler in 2008 and served as passing game coordinator in 2009-12. Hired by the Bears in 2018 as offensive quality control, a position held for two seasons before transitioning to special teams.
