Austin Siegal joined the Temple Football program as assistant director of football operations in August 2024. He was promoted to assistant director of player personnel in February 2025. Siegal spent the previous 18 months at the University of Louisiana-Monroe serving in various roles such as director of on-campus recruiting, director of player personnel, and director of recruiting and operations and compliance liaison. Prior to his time at ULM, the Racine, Wisc., native served a recruiting internship at his alma mater, McPherson College, where he played linebacker and earned a degree in communications. He also played four seasons at Waldorf University prior to his time at McPherson.
