In her 16 seasons on the bench, RIT head coach Liz Masterson has continued to build the women's soccer program into one of the premier teams in the Northeast region. Masterson arrived at RIT after two seasons as head coach at Elmira College. A 2005 graduate of St. Lawrence University, she was a 2003 NSCAA First Team All-American herself and a four-time First Team All-Liberty League selection. She later played professionally for the Massachusetts Stingers (WPSL) and the Rochester Rhinos (W-League), where she served as a three-year captain and retired as the club's all-time leader in games played. Masterson holds a U.S. Soccer Federation "Senior-A" License and a master's degree in sport business management from Manhattanville College. A native of Steamboat Springs, Colorado, she resides in Rochester with her husband, Evan Schutt, and their children, Harper and Kai.

He has also led several club soccer teams, including Fort Wayne Sports Club, DC Ramblers F.C., S.A.R. Football Club, and Hammers Football Club. Academically, Sheridan holds a Bachelor of Science in Graphic Design (Magna cum Laude) from Mount Ida College (MA) and a Master of Arts in Coaching & Athletic Administration from Concordia University, Irvine (CA). His impressive coaching education includes a Football Association of Wales C Certificate (2024), United Soccer Coaches Premier Diploma (2021), Advanced National Diploma (2017), and National Diploma (2013). Crucially for his role, he also possesses a United Soccer Coaches Level 1 & 2 Goalkeeper Diploma (2014) and a United States Soccer Federation National D License (2009). Dr. Monica Cook returns for her 10th season as an assistant coach in 2024. Cook completed her four years of NCAA competition in 2010 as a captain of the RIT Women's Soccer team. She transitioned into a coaching role while completing her PhD in Imaging Science at RIT, assisting Head Coach Liz Masterson from 2011-2014.
