Erin Wagner begins her seventh season as Head Women's Lacrosse Coach in 2025-26. Wagner led RIT to an 11-6 record, including a win over St. Lawrence in the Liberty League Quarterfinal, and was named Liberty League Coaching Staff of the Year. Prior to RIT, Wagner was an assistant coach at St. John Fisher from 2018-19, helping the Cardinals to the 2019 Empire 8 title and an NCAA Division III Tournament appearance. She was an assistant at Ithaca from 2015-2018 and at Brockport from 2013-15. Wagner is a 2011 graduate of Division II Limestone College, where she was a three-time IWLCA 2nd Team All-American, team captain in 2010 and 2011, and a member of four straight NCAA Division II Tournament appearances, including the 2011 National Championship game. She holds a Bachelor of Science in business marketing from Limestone and a master's in physical education from Brockport.

Hawryschuk's led the U.S. Women's Box Lacrosse National Team to an unprecedented milestone, earning a gold medal in international competition. Under her leadership, the team reached new heights, setting a precedent for future generations and solidifying her reputation as a visionary coach and player in the sport. She also secured a gold medal at the prestigious Super Sixes tournament in Oshawa, Canada, in October 2023. She remains actively involved in professional lacrosse as a player in the Women's Lacrosse League (WLL) and has represented Team USA since 2019 at the senior level, with her involvement in the national program dating back to the U19 Training Team in 2013. Hawryschuk was a standout player lacrosse at Syracuse from 2016-2022. The Orange's career goals leader (272) was a two-time IWCA All-American and three-time First Team All-ACC selection. Rachel Hillhouse begins her first season as a volunteer assistant coach with the RIT women's lacrosse program in 2025. Since 2022, Hillhouse has worked with USA Lacrosse in the National Team Development Program evaluating for Team USA Select ID Clinics. From 2015-2024 Hillhouse worked with the Coaches Education Program with USA Lacrosse presenting and developing curriculum. In 2023, Hillhouse served as a Team Facilitator for Season 3 of Athletes Unlimited. Locally, Hillhouse works with Aces Elite Lacrosse, is the Board President of Greater Rochester Lacrosse and represents Upstate New York as a coach in the All-America Tournament. Hillhouse was the Head Coach of the T.C. Roberson High School (Asheville, NC) varsity girls lacrosse team from 2018-2020; the first program for girls' lacrosse in Western North Carolina. From 2015-2020 she founded and directed a club program, Asheville Edge Lacrosse, to grow the game in WNC. Hillhouse received a Bachelor of Science degree in Health and Wellness Promotion from the University of North Carolina-Asheville in 2016. Hillhouse works at the University of Rochester as an Academic Administrator in the Research Education and Career Development department.
