Head Coach
Megan Wargo-Kearney enters her seventh season with the Wolfpack and second as head coach. The 2025 campaign marked her first as head coach and she led the Pack to a .500 record overall (15-15) and an 8-12 record in ACC play. She was elevated to lead the program on Dec. 10, 2024, as announced by Director of Athletics, Boo Corrigan. She spent her first five seasons in Raleigh as the associate head coach under Luka Slabe. Wargo-Kearney, who has also served as the Wolfpack's recruiting coordinator, came to NC State in 2020 following four seasons in a similar role at Arkansas. She helped lead the Wolfpack to just the fourth NCAA Tournament bid in school history in 2024. "I'm very excited to watch Megan step into the role of head coach," said Corrigan. "She has been a vital part of our team's success and is an exceptional leader and recruiter. Not only does she understand our culture, she helped build it." Wargo-Kearney served as an assistant coach for the Razorbacks for three seasons, before being promoted to associate head coach ahead of the 2019 season. Wargo-Kearney helped guide four Razorbacks to earn AVCA All-South Region Awards as well as All-SEC recognitions. Assistant Coach/Recruiting Coordinator
Estes enteres her second season with the Wolfpack after being hired as an assistant coach/recruiting coordinator in February 2025. Her main focus is working with the middle blockers and running the Pack's defense. "Brittnay is the perfect addition to our staff. She comes to us highly-recommended and is a very well-respected coach in the volleyball community. I am excited to add her energy, extreme enthusiasm and competitiveness to our gym," said Wargo-Kearney. "Brittnay is a great relationship builder and will have the trust of our players, as well as future Wolfpack athletes. I have no doubt her impact on our program will make us stronger and she will continue to put together strong recruiting classes as our recruiting coordinator. I am fired up to welcome her to Raleigh!" Estes joins the Pack after spending the last four seasons at her alma mater, Lipscomb. She helped coach the 2023 ASUN Player of the Year, Meg Mersman, to All-American, All-Region honors, in addition to three All-ASUN honors. In her first season with the Bison in 2020, she helped guide the squad to their seventh ASUN Regular Season Championship and seventh Tournament Championship after the group finished with a 14-2 overall record and 11-1 conference record. Prior to joining the staff in Nashville, Estes spent five years in Los Angeles, California where she played one season of beach volleyball for Loyola Marymount as a graduate student before playing pro for the Associate of Volleyball Professionals (AVP),

Associate Head Coach
Jeremiah Gonidakis was hired as an Assistant Coach in January 2022 and was elevated to Associate Head Coach in February 2025. The 2025 campaign will mark Gonakis' fourth season with the Wolfpack and first as associate head coach. He leads the offensive efforts for the Pack and works closesly with the setters. Gonidakis was pivotal in the development of outside hitter Courtney Bryant and in the advancement of setters Naomi Cabello and Kristen McDaniel. He helped lead the Pack to its fourth NCAA Tournament appearance in program history. in 2024 Gonidakis comes to Raleigh after serving a two-year stint as the graduate assistant at Nebraska. While in that role, he facilitated drills in practice, assisted in creating weekly scouting reports and helped with recruiting responsibilities. Additionally, he created videos daily for coach and player education. While Gonidakis was a GA he was also the head coach of Volleyball Club Nebraska where he created a video library system to help educate coaches and directed tryouts for over 500 athletes. Prior to his time in Nebraska, Gonidakis was the volunteer assistant coach at Kent State from 2017-19. With the Golden Flashes he assisted with team travel including meal orders and scheduling various activities, coordinated team defense for scouting purposes and trained middles while helping the team with blocking. Senior Associate Director (volleyball, m. swimming & diving, w. swimming & diving))
Megan Albidrez, Senior Associate Director, joined ASPSA in January 2003. In her current role she is an Academic Coordinator for Volleyball, Women’s Soccer, Wrestling, and Men’s and Women’s Swimming and Diving. She also oversees advising for Olympic sports. Originally from Mechanicsburg, PA, she received a BS in Health Sciences from St. Francis University, where she was a member of their Women’s Volleyball team. She was inducted into the St. Francis University Athletics Hall of Fame in 2022. Megan received her MA in Student Affairs in Higher Education from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. Before joining ASPSA, she served as an intern at Florida State University and as a Graduate Assistant at the University of Pittsburgh. She currently resides in Holly Springs with her husband, Rob, and their two children, Emma and Cruz. In her free time, she enjoys working out, traveling, and watching her kids' sporting events.
