Head Coach
Megan Wargo-Kearney enters her seventh season with the Wolfpack and second as head coach. The 2025 campaign marked her first as head coach and she led the Pack to a .500 record overall (15-15) and an 8-12 record in ACC play. She was elevated to lead the program on Dec. 10, 2024, as announced by Director of Athletics, Boo Corrigan. She spent her first five seasons in Raleigh as the associate head coach under Luka Slabe. Wargo-Kearney, who has also served as the Wolfpack's recruiting coordinator, came to NC State in 2020 following four seasons in a similar role at Arkansas. She helped lead the Wolfpack to just the fourth NCAA Tournament bid in school history in 2024. "I'm very excited to watch Megan step into the role of head coach," said Corrigan. "She has been a vital part of our team's success and is an exceptional leader and recruiter. Not only does she understand our culture, she helped build it." Wargo-Kearney served as an assistant coach for the Razorbacks for three seasons, before being promoted to associate head coach ahead of the 2019 season. Wargo-Kearney helped guide four Razorbacks to earn AVCA All-South Region Awards as well as All-SEC recognitions. Assistant Coach/Recruiting Coordinator
Estes enteres her second season with the Wolfpack after being hired as an assistant coach/recruiting coordinator in February 2025. Her main focus is working with the middle blockers and running the Pack's defense. "Brittnay is the perfect addition to our staff. She comes to us highly-recommended and is a very well-respected coach in the volleyball community. I am excited to add her energy, extreme enthusiasm and competitiveness to our gym," said Wargo-Kearney. "Brittnay is a great relationship builder and will have the trust of our players, as well as future Wolfpack athletes. She helped coach the 2023 ASUN Player of the Year, Meg Mersman, to All-American, All-Region honors, in addition to three All-ASUN honors. In her first season with the Bison in 2020, she helped guide the squad to their seventh ASUN Regular Season Championship and seventh Tournament Championship after the group finished with a 14-2 overall record and 11-1 conference record. Prior to joining the staff in Nashville, Estes spent five years in Los Angeles, California where she played one season of beach volleyball for Loyola Marymount as a graduate student before playing pro for the Associate of Volleyball Professionals (AVP),

Associate Head Coach
Jeremiah Gonidakis was hired as an Assistant Coach in January 2022 and was elevated to Associate Head Coach in February 2025. The 2025 campaign will mark Gonakis' fourth season with the Wolfpack and first as associate head coach. He leads the offensive efforts for the Pack and works closesly with the setters. Gonidakis was pivotal in the development of outside hitter Courtney Bryant and in the advancement of setters Naomi Cabello and Kristen McDaniel. He helped lead the Pack to its fourth NCAA Tournament appearance in program history. in 2024 Gonidakis comes to Raleigh after serving a two-year stint as the graduate assistant at Nebraska. While in that role, he facilitated drills in practice, assisted in creating weekly scouting reports and helped with recruiting responsibilities. Additionally, he created videos daily for coach and player education. While Gonidakis was a GA he was also the head coach of Volleyball Club Nebraska where he created a video library system to help educate coaches and directed tryouts for over 500 athletes. Prior to his time in Nebraska, Gonidakis was the volunteer assistant coach at Kent State from 2017-19. With the Golden Flashes he assisted with team travel including meal orders and scheduling various activities, coordinated team defense for scouting purposes and trained middles while helping the team with blocking. Senior Associate Director (volleyball, m. swimming & diving, w. swimming & diving))
Megan Albidrez, Senior Associate Director, joined ASPSA in January 2003. In her current role she is an Academic Coordinator for Volleyball, Women’s Soccer, Wrestling, and Men’s and Women’s Swimming and Diving. She also oversees advising for Olympic sports. Originally from Mechanicsburg, PA, she received a BS in Health Sciences from St. Francis University, where she was a member of their Women’s Volleyball team. She was inducted into the St. Francis University Athletics Hall of Fame in 2022. Megan received her MA in Student Affairs in Higher Education from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. Before joining ASPSA, she served as an intern at Florida State University and as a Graduate Assistant at the University of Pittsburgh. She currently resides in Holly Springs with her husband, Rob, and their two children, Emma and Cruz. In her free time, she enjoys working out, traveling, and watching her kids' sporting events.

Paige Timberlake joined NC State Athletics in December 2022 as an Administrative Support Specialist and transitioned to the Assistant Director of Compliance in January 2024. In this role, she provides full compliance support for various teams, from bylaw 10 through bylaw 17. Timberlake came to NC State after spending a year working at the Arizona Golf Association where she helped organize and conduct amateur golf tournaments and USGA Qualifiers throughout the state of Arizona. Prior to her time at the Arizona Golf Association, Timberlake was an intern for the UGA Athletic Association where she helped with game day operations for every sport at UGA from 2020-2021. Timberlake also spent time as an administrative intern with the Clemson University Athletic Department from 2016-2019 where she supported the following teams: men's and women's golf, men's and women's soccer, and baseball. Timberlake earned her B.S. in Parks, Recreation, and Tourism Management from Clemson University in 2019 and earned her M.S. in Sport Management and Policy from the University of Georgia in 2021. A native of Zebulon, NC, Timberlake now resides in Raleigh and enjoys traveling, spending time with her family and friends, and supporting the Wolfpack!

Assistant AD/Mental Health & Performance Psychology
Dr. Rachel Conway is a Clinical and Sport Psychologist and serves as the Assistant Athletics Director for Mental Health & Performance Psychology at NCSU. Dr. C graduated with her B.A. from Luther College (Decorah, Iowa) – double majoring in Psychology and Athletic Training – and went on to receive both her M.S. and Psy.D. in clinical psychology from Pacific University School of Professional Psychology (Hillsboro, Oregon). She completed her internship at Brigham Young University (Provo, Utah) and her postdoctoral fellowship at Lehigh University (Bethlehem, Pennsylvania). From 2018-2024, Dr. C served as the first full-time sport psychologist at Wake Forest University Athletics, building the sport psychology department and improving relationships between athletics and mental health. At NCSU, Dr. C oversees the continuing growth and maintenance of an impactful Mental Health & Performance Psychology Program. In addition to her administrative responsibilities, Dr. C works with individuals, teams, and coaches through an acceptance and commitment therapy lens to enhance holistic well-being and improve performance. Dr. C is certified and licensed to work with individuals and groups on performance enhancement and mental health concerns. She enjoys working with student-athletes on peak performance, eating/body image concerns, substance use, injury recovery, and adjustment to life changes. Director of Volleyball Operations
A graduate of North Carolina State University, Virginia Blake joined the Department of Athletics in July 2022 after completing her Bachelor of Science in Sport Management, and her Master of Sport Leadership at Virginia Commonwealth University. She currently serves as the Director of Volleyball Operations. Virginia is entering her second season with the NC State Volleyball program. Before being named the Director of Volleyball Operations, she served as the Special Projects Coordinator for the athletic department (July 2022 - January 2024). In this role, Virginia was involved in various areas and successfully managed internal and external projects relating to the day-to-day operations of the athletic department. In September of 2022, Virginia was designated as the Teamworks liaison for NC State Athletics, where she led the rebuild of NC State’s internal Teamworks operations and product usage. Blake spearheaded the launch of the “Alpha Exchange”, through their partnership with INFLCR to further support student-athletes in their NIL. Virginia continues to manage the Teamworks operations for the athletic department. Virginia also served on an interim basis with three varsity sports (softball, rifle and women’s volleyball) where she managed their team operations, travel and budget.
