While at MHS, Evans helped lead the Tigers to the All-A State championship in 2016 State runner-up finish in 2015. The Tigers won 12 All-A Region championships under Evans. MHS won five District 4 titles and three Region 1 championships while Evans was there. Helped lead the Tigers to back-to-back KHSAA Final Four appearances.
