Keeon Shaw

Biography

Keeon Shaw enters his third season season as Lehigh’s cornerbacks coach. In 2025, Lehigh’s cornerbacks contributed to a defense that ranked in the top five nationally in fewest yards allowed per game and fewest points allowed per game. Junior DJ Brown successfully shifted from safety to cornerback and broke up 11 passes, while Aidan Singleton had two interceptions and earned first team All-Patriot League honors. In his first season, Shaw led a cornerback group that contributed to Lehigh leading the Patriot League and ranking 16th nationally in pass defense. Lehigh registered just three interceptions in 2023, with that number increasing to 12 in 2024, with cornerbacks Jordan Adderley, Aidan Singleton and Andrew Worthy combining for four. Shaw came to Lehigh after spending two seasons as an offensive quality control coach at Dartmouth College where he assisted with wide receivers and the offensive line and was on staff for the Big Green’s 2023 Ivy League championship. In his time at Dartmouth, Shaw worked with five players, spanning the wide receiver, offensive line and return specialist groups, that received All-Ivy League recognition. Prior to his stint at Dartmouth, Shaw spent two seasons as a defensive graduate assistant at the University of West Alabama.
