A star standout of the Northeast Florida golf scene, Kathryn Cusick Dougan enters her fourth year as head coach of Jacksonville University women's golf in 2022-23. Two-time NCAA All-American and two-time All-SEC choice at the University of Alabama. Competed on the LPGA Futures Golf tour, won the 2001 Lincoln Futures Golf Classic, and competed in the 2003 U.S. Women's Open. Led the Crimson Tide to back-to-back NCAA East Regional appearances and left her mark in Alabama's record books with program bests including low round (67), lowest stroke average (74.88), most subpar rounds (9), and most individual tournament titles (3). Represented the United States twice in matches vs. Japan at the Fuji-Xerox Collegiate Golf Championships. MVP of Bishop Kenny High School golf team from 1990-1994, taking the Crusaders to undefeated seasons, earning district championships in 1993 and 1994, and finishing third in state in 1994.
