Kevin Berger joined the High Point University volleyball program as a volunteer assistant coach in August 2018 and was promoted as a full-time assistant in December of 2018. In August of 2023, he was promoted as the Associate Head Coach. Since joining the staff in 2018, Berger has worked under Head Coach Ryan Meek and helped guide the Panthers to an overall record of 123-65 and a Big South conference record of 81-10. Over the seven seasons, High Point has won five Big South regular season titles, four Big South Championships and competed at the NCAA Women's Volleyball Tournament in 2018, 2021 (spring), 2023, 2024 and 2025. The purple and white made history during the spring 2021 Covid-19 season after defeating UCF in the first round of the NCAA Tournament to make it to the second round for the first time ever.
