Sam Ische has helped out with the Concordia University Wisconsin soccer program since graduating following an impressive career for the CUW men's program. Ische, a standout goalkeeper for the Falcons, works primarily in that position. He has helped guide goalkeepers like Tabitha Ortiz and Ariana Worthing, both of whom earned NACC All-Freshman honors in their rookie seasons after working with Ische. In 2015, Ische helped guide Ortiz and Worthing to impressive seasons, with Ortiz earning First Team All-NACC selection after leading the conference in fewest goals allowed, goals against average, and save percentage. The two keepers combined for a 0.76 goals-against average and 14 victories. Recently, Ische received his Tier Two Goalkeeping License from the United Soccer Coaches. In 2015, the two goalkeepers allowed just two scores in 10 conference matches throughout the season. Over a three-season span, CUW gave up just 20 total goals in 31 conference matches.
