Bartosh joined the Brown Athletics Strength & Conditioning unit as a Strength & Conditioning Coach in September 2022 and currently works with the men's hockey, men's lacrosse, and wrestling programs while assisting with football at Brown. In September 2025, he was promoted to Associate Head Coach of Sports Performance. Bartosh joins the College Hill staff after spending two years at the University of New Hampshire as the Strength & Conditioning Coach for men's and women's basketball, volleyball, and the throwers. He served as the Associate Strength Coach for football while assisting with the men's and women's hockey teams, men's soccer, track & field, and women's lacrosse programs. Bartosh also has stops as Head Strength & Conditioning Coach at Linn-Mar High School in Marion, Iowa, as well as serving as a strength and conditioning intern with the University of Iowa football and wrestling programs. Bartosh also spent time with the strength staff at the University of Northern Iowa as an intern and before this as an Assistant Strength & Conditioning Coach at Coe College. A 2015 graduate of Coe College in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, with a B.A in Physical Education. Bartosh went on to receive his M.S. in Applied Exercise Science from Concordia University of Chicago in 2019. Jesse Delgado enters his fifth season with the Bears in 2026-27 after returning to College Hill as an assistant wrestling coach in November of 2024. He was an assistant for the Bears for two seasons (2021-23). As a collegiate wrestler, Delgado was among the nation’s top 125-pounders all four years while wrestling for the University of Illinois. At Illinois, he won back-to-back national championships at 125 during the 2012-13 and 2013-14 seasons. He was also the Big Ten Champion at 125 in 2013 and 2014 and named the Most Outstanding Wrestler at the 2013 Big 10 Championships. Delgado, a three-time NCAA Division I All-American, began his collegiate wrestling career at California Polytechnic State University and transferred to the University of Illinois after redshirting during the 2010-11 school year.
