Associate Head Coach
Francesco D'Agostino enters his sixth season as associate head coach at Boston College in 2025. He previously served as an assistant coach at Harvard until November 2020 and interim head coach of the Crimson until January 2020. In the 2024 campaign, the Eagles doubled their win total from the previous season (6), posting a 6-5-6 record. D'Agostino helped the squad end the regular season with a dramatic 1-0 victory on the road over No. 8 North Carolina, the team's first ranked win since 2019. Ask Ekeland was named to the All-ACC Second Team following the season after leading the team in goals (8) and points (18), with his goals mark tied for seventh in the league. Ekeland and three other Eagles were named to the ACC All-Academic Team. In December, centerback and current Eagle CJ Williams was selected by the New England Revolution in the MLS SuperDraft. The 2023 season saw freshman Xavier O'Neil named to the ACC All-Freshman Team after leading the team in assists (4) and shots (32), while tying for the squad lead in points (6). Additionally, three Eagles were selected to the ACC All-Academic Team. The 2022 season saw a pair of Eagles earn All-ACC recognition.
